Willie Pollard and his agents are the best. Willie is the nicest, accommodating, and friendliest man I've had the pleasure of meeting. He and his staff go out of their way to make sure you get the best insurance coverage for your money.
Although, I am a new customer to State Farm I know that Willie and his agents were on the front line when Hurricane Michael tore through Panama City. I know this because my good friend Whitney is one of Willie's agents. When I needed a new insurance agent I call Whitney and she gave me a great price on a great policy.
God willing very soon Willie and his agents will be back in their newly renovated office on Tyndall Pkwy, but for now they are across the street next to Gary's Oyster Shack.

Mr Willie is the best agent I've ever delt with, he works very hard to find the best price and match you with the best policy for you needs. He knows his customer's by first name basis, very patient never rushing you into something and explains the policy very well, I'm proud to say Mr Willie has been my agent for better than 15 years now.

After Hurricane Michael Mr. Willie worked Day & Night to make sure he was there for his customers he was relentless, dedicated and true to the company standards of being there like a good neighbor. The staff is very nice and deliver a welcoming atmosphere, they are smart and take care of business. Excellent company and I am proud to say that Mr. Willie is my Insurance Agent.

You can't go wrong with State Farm and General on top of that mr. Willie Pollard is one of the best man I know and I've been friends with him for over a decade he would do anything for you and has for me when I got into a wreck on the side of the road in Orlando Florida I couldn't get anywhere trying to talk to the 1-800 number so I called Willie and he 3-way called and got the right people to do the right thing and instead of just being able to tow me 30 miles he got them to tow it over a hundred miles into Orlando and get the car fixed up set us up with a rental same day and that's just a small fraction of the things he does for people and this was after hours as well I've never met a more hard-working person I would not hesitate for one second to do anyting for him good company great man
