Brittany helped me get through the new policy experience. She was through in that some items I may have been hazy about .... were readdressed and explained. In addition, she let me know what I could do to get the lowest rates!!! Very important in a Biden economy!

The insurance agent ...her name was Unique...she help me and my friend save on our full coverage insurance. She was so helpful and kind. She took her time with us and explained everything in detail. This was the best experience I ever had dealing with an insurance company. Unique was great!!!

Just recently purchased a new policy for my father and Karen, the agent who handled the purchase, made the whole process absolutely amazing. She was polite, punctual, and made sure I had no concerns whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone needing insurance to consider this office as there choice.

I recently did an online quote and Karen gave me a call almost immediately to make sure that I was receiving the best rate possible. I was busy whenever she first called so I offered to call back later that day.. She told me not to worry that she would call back the following day when I wasn't at work, which is a positive because many insurance companies aren't even open on Saturday. Karen was pleasant and very patient when the call was dropped and it was hard to hear at times, and she never once seemed annoyed that I had to constantly pause and double check information for her. It was defintely one of the best experiences I've had with an insurance company! 😊

I was a current Progressive customer of over 5 years when they decided to increase my rates for no reason. I called my local Geico office and was hooked up with Bria. She was absolutely the best insurance agent I’ve spoken with, she was knowledgeable and friendly and honestly made the experience so much better than dealing with insurance companies typically is…. And I’m saving like 30% for the exact same coverage I had with Progressive. Very glad I called!

Ambril was absolutely amazing! She answered every question I had and was extremely professional. Saved us a bunch of money on car insurance. I’m so happy with the service she provided. She even took it upon herself to cancel my old policy with USAA. Ambril is the type of person I would love to invite over to thanksgiving with my family and I’m pretty sure I offered over the phone lmao. She’s amazing and deserves the best.
