My experience with Heritage Home Services/Quail Service was great.
The boiler install technicians, James and John as well as the electrician, TJ Perry and job consultant, Angel Miranda, were thoroughly knowledgeable, polite, conscientious and completed the job 100% as was explained to me. The area was completely cleaned when they finished (they even cleaned a mess that was left by an oil tank replacement company from a 2 weeks prior). I will definitely use this company again. They are honest, transparent and they go the extra mile to leave the home in great shape with a job well done. Thank you to the great team that installed my boiler!!!

I am very happy with the service that we received today with the replacement of my hot water tank everybody involved with the Quail company was very helpful. The technician explained everything to me before during and after the installation. Thank you for your quick response! They came out to service my Mitsubishi "Mr. Slim" splits. They were done in under an hour. Nice guys. One named "Kennedy", don't remember the other guy's name but they were both very helpful. I decided to become a Heritage member after this visit.

Recently had significant electrical work done at my house with a team led by Sean Burke. Excellent job, kept me advised of arrival time, great clean up and professional respectful workers. Have also used this company for heating system installation. Very pleased with all jobs done and with the employees in each instance.

I called to inquire about plumbing services and to see if I could get an estimate on a routine garbage disposal replacement, late in the afternoon and was offered a next day appointment to give a quote. They even called me earlier than my appointment as they had a last minute cancel which was great. Two hours later I had my installation complete! I was only expecting a quote and was so happy that they got the job done so fast and with great craftsmanship. I have lots of upcoming projects and am glad to have a great resource for my plumbing needs!

We are very happy with the service provided by Quail Services! Joshua and his partner were very friendly and respectful of keeping our home clean. They showed up on time, gave a full quote with options before they started, and finished the work quickly. They changed a doorbell chime, replaced an outdoor electrical outlet that wasn't working and ran some new outlets in the basement, all in about an hour! I would definitely recommend Quail Services and will use them again in the future.

Brandon and his crew did an excellent job of identifying and attempting to solve our sewer drainage issue. They were polite, friendly and respectful of our time and concerns. They even recommended other companies who specialize in our problem and helped us get in contact with them. Two thumbs up. Thank you!

I’ve used Quail Home Services/Heritage Home Service for several years to maintain my mini splits and am constantly impressed by how consistently the team goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. They are also very fair and upfront in their pricing and maintenance recommendations and I trust them to manage my equipment.

My house has some crazy heating issues going on. I just bought my house this summer so didn’t get to test heat. Well when I went to use the heat for the first time it wouldn’t go on. I realized it was turned off at the furnace. Long st they the only way to turn it off also. I called Quale Services. They had two guys out within the week. Remember I’m a first time customer and this time of year is super busy. Right off the bat they are winning in my book. Once they got a handle on the issue they confirmed it was a mess. The whole time they talked me through each step they were taking and explained everything in detail. If I didn’t understand they explained it even easier so I would. They spent a few hours fixing my system. They got it working and for the amount of time they were at my house the price was really cheap. The issue happened again after they left. I called for another appointment and once again within the week they are coming back. This place is awesome. If you’re not a customer give them a try I promise you wont be sorry.

Quail was wonderful to work with from Quote to Installation. Everyone we dealt with was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave us all of the information we needed regarding our new heat pump/mini-split system and helped throughout the process of navigating the Mass Save side of things.

I have had Steve from Heritage/Quail out to my house a few times this past year to install a water heater and fix some plumbing issues and he is the best. Very knowledgeable and will give you the best course of action to fix any issues. With his help we no longer have to watch the washing machine drain so it doesn’t flood our room. We appreciate the professional and always prompt service received. We cannot recommend him enough!

It was an absolute pleasure having Quail Services/Heritage install heat pumps at my home. They walked me through all the MassSave paperwork, the installation crew was very friendly and did an excellent job installing the new heat pumps and air handlers. They even went as far as grabbing an extra fan to help clear out a puddle from the extreme amounts of rain in my basement.

Highly recommend, everyone from the initial consultation to installation was an absolute pleasure to work with.

We were faced with no water, having a 19 year old well to supply water to our home. Ed came out with hours and assessed the problem. He was very friendly and informed us of the issue. Before leaving, he promised to send a few options for repair. On repair day, Ed and his team showed up well prepared to get the work done. They were very courteous and were finished in no time! I will definitely be calling Heritage Home Service for any future plumbing or heating repairs.

I've used this company before to install mini-splits throughout the house, but not their plumbing services. I had a problem with my garbage disposal, so I thought I'd give them a try. My plumber was Ed and he was fantastic! Friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to help you with your plumbing needs. Thanks

This was my first time using Heritage (Quail) plumbing. Found them on the internet, glad I did. Had Steve and Ed they were very professional ,knowledgeable and polite. They did a great job. They made sure everything was working before they left. I will definitely use this company again.

Nathaniel thoroughly inspected our system and diagnosed our heating issues. He was very professional and educated us with pictures of concerns and recommended repairs. Following the repair, he explained in detail what was done & had pictures to show us completed job.

Sean was here this week to install all new smoke alarms in our home. He explained each of the types that we should install in great detail. He was very patient, answering all of our questions. Once the install was completed, he tested each one to insure they worked properly. His attention to detail was superior. Because of Sean, Heritage has a new customer!

Nate came into my home and was VERY knowledgeable of my issues with my furnace. He laid out all options and didn’t try and just get the most money he possibly could in regards to my furnace. They were clean, professional, and courteous of my home while fixing my boiler. Would use them again 10/10 times

My heat went out, Nathanial was here within an hour. Very polite and efficient. Explained the problem and options to repair. This is my second excellent service. I will always use Herritage.
