AT&T Store

I would just like to say that I was in the AT&T store at Bluefield Virginia and a lady named Kaitlyn waited on me and she helped me so so much. She was wonderful, so I am so glad that you have people that work for you that really do their job well.

Excellent service without a wait! He took care of everything and provided everything I was looking for. Very easy to work with and professional at the same time. Thanks!

Went in today to switch over to first net and from the time I walked in till the time I left the store Katrina Greene was more than wonderful to deal with, she was very knowledgeable when it came to doing business and would go back and highly recommend choosing her to help with any issue I have from here on out and want to say thank you very much for the customer service. This lady needs a raise

Good store with helpful staff.

I greatly appreciate the help I received from Justin, a representative there, and Katrina the manager. An AT&T rep at a different location really messed up our plan and they were a huge help in explaining the issue created. Justin went above and beyond calling various support lines to solve the issue.

Katrina & Terry were awesome!!! They helped get my new phone upgraded and set up in FirstNet. Awesome customer service and would recommend this die to anyone who needs help!

Was very satisfied! Did not pressure me into something I did not want Knew her product accessories and her promotions that benefit me the customer! She also acknowledged us as we walked through the door and customers that came in behind us. She did very well multiple tasking things that needed to be done. Her job well preformed she was over all a great salesperson! Well done. 5 star for her!

I came in to switch back to at&t and Terry Dudleson was amazing. He made my experience a wonderful, pain free, effortless one. He took the time to not only switch my carrier back for me but he explained what he was doing so I could understand it. He made me feel like I mattered. I've had good and bad experiences with sales consultants before Terry. He definitely tops them all in a good way. Terry definitely made me feel I made the right choice by switching back. Keep on hiring more people like Terry Dudleson and I will definitely be telling friends and family to switch to at&t.

Wow! I had been going in circles. I had a simple problem that all other customer service people on the phone could not solve!!!! Katrina answered all my questions and helped me. She knew what she was doing unlike the people who sent me in all directions. This place actually helps you. Thank you Katrina! Enjoy your vacation! Oh! One more thing. I'm on oxygen and she knew I was having a hard time. SHE HELPED ME CURBSIDE!!!
