We had a leaking roof at our VFW Post due to poor installation after hurricane Michael. Contacted Centennial and they offered
several options; from a patch job, to a tear off and install of a new roof, or a TPO system on the existing standing seam roof. Went with the TPO system and it turned out great. Was most impressed with the professionalism of everyone, from the office staff, to Leland who oversaw the project, to the technicians who installed the system. We did not even have to shut down during installation and the project was completed in four days. They also came out several times over the course of a month to inspect and ensure that everything was still the way it should be. I would highly recommend Centennial roofing for any roofing needs, commercial or residential.

This is my experience with Centennial Roofing replacing my roof due to Hurricane Michael damage. My initial insurance adjustment authorized repair-only of my roof. Centennial came to my home, assessed the need for a roof replacement, and provided photographic documentation and an itemized invoice to submit to my insurance company. This resulted in a re-adjustment and approval for roof replacement at invoice cost. Great communication throughout this entire process.

The roofing crew that came to my home was very professional. My neighbors in the construction business mentioned to me the high quality of workmanship they observed as the roof was being installed. I also really appreciated the on-site supervisor who was able to address all my questions regarding the work.

My roof survived Hurricane Michael with minimal damage, however 2 years later it was struck by a Tornado, I had contacted other roofing companies who were not responsive and one even though they tarped, did not complete the job due to overpricing and the insurance company balked. Centennial took over the job, completed in a timely manner and charged an appropriate amount, There front office was polite and followed up on any matters I had.

This is the second roof I have had Centennial put on my home. The first was in 2010 and, I believe their install quality is what saved my home's roof during Category 5 Hurricane Michael. While I lost shingles and my roof decking lifted, it did not blow away thanks to their DADE + installation. This most recent roof project was to correct the damage created by Hurricane Michael which, as mentioned earlier, was far less than most homes. Fabulous team, from initial inspection to the installation. Office Staff is awesome, friendly. The roofers did an awesome job, everything they had to move for the roofing job, they put right back where it belonged. They cleaned up afterwards, not a piece of trash was left behind. Upon completion a team of two came out to inspect the job. Very impressed.
