Great food, friendly staff, and my burger was delicious even with picking it up. ATO was my server, again on today’s visit 1-29-24. Made sure everything was in the bag and food was hot and fresh

i haven’t been to a chilis in years, but we thought we’d give it a go. our server (sadly didn’t catch her name) was amazing, sweet, and super attentive! the food was delicious & came out super quick! we will definitely be back soon!

Food was great. Sat in the bar area and the bar tender was easily handling 4 tables and 2 bar patrons with a smile and geart service. Food came fast.

My wife and I stopped by Chili's in Crystal River. We were not disappointed. The young lady who served us was superb. The food was tasty and we really enjoyed it. Much gratitude for a wonderful dining experience. Keep up the good work.

Excellent mushroom cheese burger! Cooked exactly to my order. Good fries. Cocktails were good to. Service was great

Great times here at this restaurant. Nice family oriented establishment here. Staff was so friendly and our waiter was more like a host. Catered to all our tables needs. Plenty of tv’s to watch. Sports and movies playing on both tv’s. Meal was great. Served with a smile also. Tink and I had the “Build Your Own Basket as you can see from the photos it was delish.

Our waitress we had was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and extremely nice. Went above and beyond. I believe her name was Laura. Just amazing.

Honestly I have never really been a fan of Chili’s, always had “okay” food and “okay” service. However, after last night I cannot wait to go back! Our waitress (Amber) was fantastic! She was friendly, fast, and efficient! She even remembered to bring all the sides of sauce that were requested, and even though we couldn’t see her face, you could tell she was wearing a smile. My “medium” steak was cooked PERFECTLY, and so was the asparagus! The flavor was out of this world we had to meet the cook!! (Desiree). My whole table said their food tasted amazing and would definitely return. Hopefully next time we will be lucky to get Amber as our waitress and Desiree on the grill again! Thank you both for the exceptional service last night!

Went here for my 21st birthday. Our server Tiffany was fantastic! Absolutely the sweetest, will be coming again. ❤

The waitress was amazing, this is the second time she served us and even though it was busy she always had a smile on her face.

We are never disapppointed when we stop for a bite. The food and service was excellent. I might also add that the meal was very well priced.

Waitress was awesome! Food came out pretty quick and was amazing! Bathroom was clean. There was plenty of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Atmosphere was mellow and relaxed. A few other waiters and waitresses ask how we we're doing when they passed by. We will be back!

The location was not very busy. Perhaps because the roadwork in front made it difficult to get in. When I entered with 2 other couples we saw people eating but no one greeted us, or appeared to be working. We waited for several minutes before staff appeared. Once this individual came out from the back area each couple was seated quickly. My friend and I ordered our drinks and food which was delivered timely. Food was good.

They could hype this place up more
Better music especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Make themes. This town is small. People love themes.
