The new gentleman running extra space they're on Tyndall parkway has been over backwards to be unspeakably wonderful in assisting with all of our needs. The man is wonderful and is doing a wonderful job in a hard position to fill with this new company I've got little to say about extra space company it's self, I feel extra space company has increased our fees with limited access and I don't much care for him however the gentleman running this facility has been over backwards to try to make things wonderful. He is doing a great job in a difficult position

Let me start out by saying that after looking at other options I decided to go with Extra Space Storage (ESS). I could have selected something closer, but with similar price point I landed with ESS because Terry is a phenomenal to work with at all times. With a huge move and the need to store over half of my belongings - Terry lifted part of he stress by providing the highest level of customer service I have experienced in a long time. He answered the phone (which I did not experience with some other places and they also didn't call back until the next day). Especially since I was tired, it was so refreshing to work with someone who is very cheerful and personable.

Yes, the units are VERY nice and EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Since I had a 26' U-Haul to unload, Terry ensured he provided one that would provide ease of access, to which we could not have appreciate more, it was the PERFECT location.

As we remodel our new home, all but the absolute necessities and locked away at ESS. They are gated, have 24-hour surveillance, monitored, and Terry walks the property ..... I feel confident about my choice to use ESS and once all of my things are out of there - I would definitely use them again if the need arises. I hope Terry is there a long time as he is wonderful to work with by phone and in person.

I’ve been a customer of Extra Space Storage for a couple of years and I’ve never had a problem with them. Storage cost seems to be fair.

They were the only storage place open on a Saturday afternoon and I needed it asap for a last minute move! The manager was great, very helpful and humble, the unit was clean and ready, and he added a lock that I needed asap also. Thankful for his quiet help and easy manner. Especially as is the closest to the air Force Base.

Exceptional customer service, very friendly staff, made everything go smooth.

Just moved out of unit 318 and the staff made the process very easy for me. Incredibly helpful staff who stopped by to ensure I had everything I needed. They put a lot of care into the operation and cleanliness of the units. If I return to the area I would use them again.

Extremely kind staff. Quiet and comfortable. Would recommend to most! So far so good!! However, it's SOOO HOT! Under exaggerated! Ssssoooooo hot. Need a fan if you are going to be there longer than 5 minutes. Omfg!
