Doctor Brown is the best dentist I've ever been a patient of. Her staff is outstanding as well. I have been a patient of several of her hygienists and every one of them have been professional, knowledgeable, skilled and caring. The front office staff is excellent at their job as well. They are professional, polite and willing to help in every way they can.
All in all I cannot recommend Dr Brown enough.

My family has been going to Dr. E.K. Brown for over 20 years. Her and her staff are very professional, friendly, and Dr. Brown is very respectful of your needs. The environment is very clean. My children grew up with her as their only dentist, they are grown now and we can't imagine the time when we wouldn't be able to have her as our dentist.

I love Dr. Brown, and her staff. My daughter had very high anxiety to the point where we had to change from Dr. Berry, who was terrible for my daughter. Dr. Brown was kind and explained everything that she was doing, and my daughters anxiety was greatly reduced. Dr. Brown is patient and personable; the staff is very kind and flexible. I will never use another practice! I have even started going every 3 months vs every 6 months.

I've been going to this dentist since the early 2000s. I've never had any issues with service or information. They are always very happy to help with anything I may need both before and after any procedures.

My son was dentist scared had bad experiences this dentist he likes the staff is amazing. He is happy to go to his check ups now. I'm thrilled they have been great. I recommend to my friends

Been using Doc Brown for years. Never had issues. Appts are made for cleanings 6 months out. They send a reminder card in the mail and call you couple days before appt. Great staff! Very friendly.

Have gone to Dr. Brown's office for almost 8 years now.. they are great there, so much so that when we moved 2 hours away, we decided to keep going back there.. they are awesome in treating people that are nervous .. as i am.. they treat my special needs son exceptionally well also.. they are well worth the drive from our place .. you will definitely be happy going there!

Always friendly and helpful

I went in in August of 2014 and had a filling put in my tooth. They seemed so nice and caring! It fell out Jan 7th 2015 less than 5 months later. I called to set an appointment and was told I would be billed! I said that I feel this should be at no cost due to it not being fixed properly in the first place. I proceeded to tell them I want her to fix it for free and I will not be using her again after that. That is when the office manager flipped on me. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL, only your MONEY. Now I am in pain and looking for a new dentist. BEWARE DR BROWN!

billed for an appointment I never set, but the receptionist insisted I did. Did not receive any text alerts for this appointment I supposedly set. Told I had to be billed for a no show due to "policy"

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen. The girl who answers the phone is rude and talks to you like your dumb. Very dirty inside as well. If you can't make your appointment they charge you 50$ it doesn't matter why you can't make the appointment it's 50$. You can't change your appointment date it's a 50$. They are very rude and greedy and i will never go back.

They would not even take time to take me as a new patient! And have a formal dental hygienist!
