We had the privilege of parking our RV here for about a month. Millie, Margie and Steve treated us like family. What a beautiful location and wonderfully kind owners/staff! We look forward to returning!

Good place to stay, pleasant waterfront access, but what really is deserving of the five stars was the owner, Millie. She was incredibly friendly and working with her was easier than any park I've stayed at yet. We even finalized the booking over text message because I had spotty service.

I have been staying here for about four months now. The staff here is exceptional. Every time I need anything they are ready and willing to help. Not to go into great detail.......they will literally give the tires off their camper in order to help someone in need! I have about two more years here in this area and I don't see moving to any other RV park! They are great landlords and friends. The RV park is clean and well organized. The view is amazing. Great dock and fishing too! Thank you for everything you have helped me with!

In my experience with Nautical Point RV park having lived here for over a year is absolutely positive. I live here with my family and it's a very safe community. The RV park is excellently maintained around the clock. Owner and management are absolutely fair and easy to work with. Hospitality is definitely 5 stars. Great people live here. Accommodations are top notch. Couldn't ask for a better safe place to be raising my kids.
Owner has taken care of me and my family with anything I may have needed. Truly family oriented. The only negative review about this park is at most a very false statement seemingly with the intent to slander and defile the name of the owner without any truth or evidence of such claims.

Very nice boat launch with ample parking close to the Tyndall bridge. A brand new pier has replaced the one that was destroyed by hurricane Michael. There are also covered picnic tables and the area is dog friendly. A good place to fish the grass flats for speckled trout and redfish.

By far the best RV Park in and near panama city! Right on the water, pet friendly, accommodating and clean. They make you feel like family. Close to Panama City area as well as Mexico Beach and Port Saint Joe's. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful place to stay and the best thing I can say about it is it feels like home to us. Would recommend this park to anyone, short stay or long stay. Millie, Pyper and Steve make this a great place!

The owner and staff at Nautical Point or so welcoming and accommodating. They provided a safe and quiet home away from home. Very military friendly and perfect location for my stay near Tyndall AFB.

It's a small quiet, safe community. The price is extremely reasonable, and includes everything, even WiFi that I can't live without. The Eubanks (park owners) are extremely gracious and hospitable, and are quick to get with you if you have a question or problem.

I am so happy to say that this park is a 5 star area, beautiful lanscape; and theres a coffee shop right in front of the park. The owner is a very nice lady, the pricing is great, and overall an amazing choice, we we’ll definitely be coming back soon!!

I was given the opportunity to meet the managers on site and was shown some fine well kept campers and trailers. This place is excellent-clean-absolutely immaculate. i would live there.

I've been here for over 6 years and have no desire to leave. Nice, clean and peaceful. A beautiful view of the water here also.

Question.....do they provide a rental RV/Camper to be able to sleep in while camping or do we have to have our own RV/Camper?
