Heather Neubauer is hands down the best real estate agent I've worked with. When the appraisal came back 14 thousand below agreed price she still managed to get the deal done. Secondly years later she was able to secure a deal 5 grand over listing within a week of asking to post the property. Be assured if I was in need of realty in that area again she is the only one I would call.
