Beautiful Animals and likeable people

Just want to state I have no animals. I witnessed the lady driver criticized when a young child after asking if his dog could go. She stated no but what bothered me was how she addressed the situation after while on the ride and the young child was on the sleigh ride. She was an adult it was a child, she had no right to make this child feel bad. She should have kept her mouth shut 🤫 if that’s that is how professional this company is I prefer not to ever do business with them free or not. No adult should belittle a child who asks questions.
