Petsense by Tractor Supply

I love coming in to see what cute animals they have in stock! Usually it's bearded dragons and chameleons, but they always have something there! Every so often I buy my crickets here, and I've never gotten a dead one before. Truly it's a great place to shop for your pets!

The pet sense in Ontario across Idaho Ave. from Walmart. Next to big 5. Awesome experience there very friendly& helpful staff! Austin's first day and he did awesome!!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Ms. Carrie who takes care of grooming our dogs. She does a beautiful job with their fur cuts and does it in a way that keeps their personalities intact. Like most folks our puppies are our children too and she really takes care of our fur babies.

This time she put bows in our dogs hair and princess looks so stinking cute! Thank you again Ms. Carrie you are definitely worth the wait!

Wonderful caring ❤ staff! Spent time reassuring me in my ability to work with my 2 year old, huge, stubborn, and dangerous Anatolian Shepherd named Rose. They helped pick out the right training supplies, leashes and brushes. Then they gave me a free lesson on walking Rose using the correct leash. She goes into attack mode when she sees another dog. I actually started crying because I was afraid and need more training to control her. The staff were very nice and Rose became calm after a few minutes in the store. They were nice enough to even assure me that adjustments could be made to the regular training class schedule to avoid contact with other dogs. I will definitely be back to have her groomed soon. 🙂🦮#1

Everyone here is so respectful when we come in. Shelly the cashier always gives my pup a cookie and is so sweet. Can’t wait to come back

Good selection of supplies, they would do well with a selection of shrimps.

They even have pet grooming available. Awesome!

Petsense has a great selection of novel meat dog food, and specialty dog food for dogs like mine who have allergies and severe food sensitivities. The employees are always kind and helpful.

I just got a baby kitten. She is sooooooo cute. Ty!! Sooo in love with her. On our way back to Idaho falls to her new home!!

After searching in 6 stores and online for a certain brand of dog treats, Petsense is the only place that had them. The cashier was friendly and her co-worker found a certain water bowl I was looking for.

Aysia is an amazing groomer! Shes now seen all four of my pack (three poodles ranging from 3lbs to 90lbs, and a senior citizen bishon frise) and I am thrilled with her work. She takes serious consideration of the dog's personality and tolerance levels, listens to the owner and offers constructive advice when picking styles, is friendly and compassionate, and my dogs look adorable! She goes above and beyond to make everything perfect, and on an anecdotal note, she took the time to listen to my human family member, who has aphasia but loves to talk, and she really made a point to pay her respect and tried to understand her story. You can't put into words how meaningful and appreciated that is. As long as shes working, my dogs wont go anywhere else!

Brought my dogs to get their nails trim. One of them actually nipped the girl who was triming she was really good about it. I will bring them back again just making sure to tell him to put a nozzle on her.

I love this little store! I love how kind and knowledgeable every employee is and knowing that they remember what we need and can tell us at the door if what we're looking for is in stock and asks how much we need today. I'm sure they see thousands of customers each month but yet they know what species of animals we have and are always willing to offer advice or answer questions we might have. The best part is on the slim chance they don't know the answer they will pull out their phone and find the answers we seek. The only problem I ever have is that they run out of reptile food (crickets and worms) nearly every week and despite their desire to remedy this issue corporate won't allow them to order more. Despite this issue this is still my favorite pet store and I'm a custumer for life!

I just needed to know if they had a product I wanted for our cat. Unfortunately they didn't, but she helped me to know some things I could do. That's why the five stars as they are always helpful!

They are the only place in town I can find deer antlers for my dog to chew on that aren't gone in two seconds flat. They last about 8 months and she loves them. They might seem a little pricey, but they last quite a while and are way better for them than rawhide or treats.
They also help with the puppy chewing phase, they come in different density for the passive to the aggressive chewers in your family.
