Nice store! Very clean! Cashier's are quick and friendly, I actually enjoy doing my shopping here. Great selection as well, they are rarely out of an item that your looking for

I come to this Albertsons often seeing as it’s the only store close to my house aside from Walmart. I come here for last minute items OR deli items. Lemme tell you though, the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Always. The meat department staff especially has helped me tremendously when picking out a prime rib roast for thanksgiving and my birthday. It was something new I’ve never cooked as a chef and I wanted the best. They explained the best and gave me some good tips. Gentlemen was super friendly and had great tips! The other part I come in for is the deli. I often get fried chicken for me and my growing family of 5. We love fried chicken as most do! The chicken is ALWAYS fresh. I’ve never had bad chicken there. I’ve also gotten the orange essence chicken and it’s amazing! The staff there are also some of the friendliest I’ve met. I’ve waited to write this review for a year because I only moved here one year ago but not from far! The customer service here is just phenomenal. All the employees are lovely and get a hoot when I tell them “have a good day and don’t talk to strangers!” Because it always puts a smile on there face because it’s literally there job to talk to strangers. Just a great attitude all around. Greta people. Friendly staff.

This is the closet Albertsons to me, but I enjoy shopping here. I love purchasing my meats from here. They are always fresh. And occasionally I purchase pastries from the bakery and they are delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful and you can always find someone if necessary.

Went to pick up eggs and sour cream and to pay my electric bill. Everyone was, helpful and nice. Got my stuff done, in and out in about 15-20 minutes. So, I guess I'm doing an update. Went to albertsons, this evening and bought some beer. Did self checkout, the employee was quick to confirm I was over 21. Paid and left. Quick and easy. Doing an update. Went to ontario albertsons. Got a good price on pork chops. This is the only store in Ontario that carry my ben &Jerry's flavor of ice cream. Vanilla,fudge, and caramel. So thank you albertsons. Also, the ladies I dealt with, had such awesome personalities. Very refreshing.

I live in Parma, Albertsons in Ontario is a refreshing break from our limited market...it truly is a "Real" grocery store as my wife says and much more...

When I'm in the area I always stop and grab me a few packs of 🦬Bison Ground meat.because its hard to find Bison in Georgia.🙄 And they be having some awesome half of deal on meats🙌🏽🤘🏾 (winner!!🏆

Clean & organized store desperately needs more kids grocery carts there was two a fire truck & a pink one but now there's none. This makes shopping with kids so much easier hoping that they order more!! Great prices & friendly environment.

I would like to say this that the pharmacy there is totally totally freaking awesome the people there were very nice friendly and just completely awesome forgive me I hope I'm not butchering these names that I'm about to say Ching,Kristen and I did not catch the third person's name which I feel so terrible about because I love giving out positive feedback and always catching the names but all three of those people were just the bee's knees thank you keep up the good work guys you're doing awesome.

I needed just the right birthday flowers. Erin in the floral department was very busy but took the time to help me and make a beautiful arrangement.

I swear me and my parents are here daily. My dad always goes for the hot chicken strips in the deli, my mom goes for their chicken ceaser salad and I go for their in store made wraps, mainly the honey chicken wrap. It's my favorite. I usually have to buy two to three of them because I'm addicted lol.

The layout recently changed and I don’t understand why but after a while I have adjusted. The staff at this location is 5 star and I am so satisfied with the service I receive here.
The location is always clean and bright with employees in view to ask for assistance. My favorite part of the whole store is the deli area where the employees quality of service matches that of the meat and selection.
I am always surprised to see unique fruit selections at this location and have purchased a delicious Jackfruit and Dragon Fruit.
I often fumble around with my phone scanning bar codes to check for deals and this is the one downfall of my shopping experience but I adapt. All rewards and deals have to be “clipped” in the app first before checkout or you may miss out on extra points or free products. Once I got the flow of how Albertsons wanted me to shop in their stores, I have enjoyed redeeming rewards for useful and essential products I buy all the time like eggs, cheese, and milk or to get money off your total purchase.
I have even taken advantage of ordering my products through the app but always left being a little disappointed. One experience with app ordering included asking for no substitutions but then getting some. In another experience, I was charged for extra bags. In the last experience, some items were not in stock at the time despite displaying them as available in the app. My last complaint would be with checking out in the app is inconsistent. When you tap on contactless it brings up an option for Apple Pay which is normal and useful in-store but when you place a pickup or delivery order the option to utilize Apple Pay goes away and I am not sure why.
Any criticism I have is with the company and processes and nothing to do with the outstanding employees that run this location as they are always helpful and great.

The deli folk were great. We called from Meridian to see if they had any chicken wings left and they saved them out for us to make sure they still had them.

We can always count on Joe's Supermarket but the bakery department is mine .
Joking Joe, we do love the fresh doughnuts though ya gotta know. And my wife, she is a big fan of your cheesy bread.

I love their sails! You can save a lot. You pay for the quality because one of the cheap bags broke but then again I bought the quality. I give this place 5 stars because the cashier helped me out and unlike Walmart I actually get good phone service!

I think this is the easiest store in Ontario Oregon. In and out.

Best produce in the valley. We've recently switched to albertsons due to quality issues. Everyone knows they're spendy but the qc is worth it.

I was a complete slacker and put off buying a birthday cake for someone until the day of. To top it off, I was a total jerk and went into Albertsons about 15 minutes before they closed. Even though they should have smacked some sense into me and kicked me out on my butt, they did the complete opposite and were the most amazingly helpful angels I could have ever hoped for. These 2 young ladies went above and beyond in providing fantastic customer service! They stayed and helped me pick out the perfect cake and awesome candles. Thank you so much for helping me give my friend a very happy birthday! ❤
