It looks like they have new staff here, few months ago they were terrible... But tonight the girls made our sandwiches they are awesome, their smile, service, attention and super well presented. They make the environment completely different than it used to be.... Thank you so much!!! They deserve a 100% raise.

Was moving from Oregon to Texas and my girlfriend decided to stop and get subway. Was blown away by how clean the place was. Amazing customer service, as a former shift lead for taco-bell I approve of the customer service. 1000/10 and would come back anytime I’m in Oregon. To the people working on 2/4/23 @16:00 the sandwich was great. It was not “mid”

Solid experience at this Subway. I typically go to the other one in town. Yes, that's right, Ontario has 2 Subways! Tried the new Hot Shot Italiano and of Huberts Lemonade, if you've never had one you should go just for that.

Yes, you can go through a drive through asking the side of the building. They do not make the sandwiches in front of you anymore, but they do take your order, and they let you pay by the window. I've never had any problems ordering through the drive through. I can't tell you what the inside is like because I always order outside. Handicap ♿ accessible to go inside.

The employees and the food here are amazing! The workers are getting too much heat for things that are out of their control. If you want to express your dissatisfaction for things, don't let the image of the hard working employees become tarnished as well.

Had a very bad experience a few yrs back and was hesitant to eat there. I was amazed at how pleasant and prompt the staff was! I was surprised at how quickly they got everyones sandwiches made as there were 20 ppl ahead of us. Thank you Lisa for making our sandwiches perfect and our visit one of many more to come!

Great sandwiches! Polite and fast service. Pleased with how clean store was and quality of meal! Kudos to the excellent service we've received at this location! Drive thru available at east side location too, i have yet to use it. Mask required for in store ordering but not a problem.

I have extreme allergies and they took the time to sanitize the work surface, change their gloves, and use unopened fresh product, for my safety, even though they were quite busy.

Clean and Tidy and the vegetables looked pretty fresh unlike some of the subways I visited. Workers were quick and followed instructions well.

Love the food the service is awesome.love when they mark our food. Started the golo diet so they will be seeing us alot.

They offer more selectuon here than any other subway in the Ontario area. The decor is updated with TV's and sitting areas. There is also a drive thru. Love it.
