Pilot Travel Center

This was a quick stop for us. It was morning and I needed a good cup of coffee. They did not disappoint. I also got a Jamocha Milkshake from Arby's. It was pure heaven. They have plenty of parking here and leaving was easy. I didn't get lost trying to find the exit.

Pilot is semi truck drivers mainstay for fuel and supplies. They have food products and vehicle service items for all cars and trucks alike. It's a good place to stop by on a long trip or for your daily needs.

First time in this state and very nice truck stop definitely worth going too a good review is all I gotta say

This place is awesome, it's clean orderly and a staff are friendly and professional as with 99% of the Pilot Travel Centers that I've been to. That's why I keep coming to their locations because you can always expect good service. And clean showers that don't smell like mildew or have mold. I really appreciate that

Big, paved parking with drive thrus. Clean bathrooms, hot coffee, helpful old lady to assist with warm welcome/smile. Diesel $2.89 cash or $2.59 puc cash today - too $$$ imo. All friendly.

This is the cleanest pilot I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and chipper. Definitely have to say good job to the management team and crew.

Very clean all over, not just the restrooms. Friendly staff with a well stocked store. Navigable truck parking. Overall a very pleasant experience and will stop here as long as I get there in time for overnight parking.

On Thursday April 7th at around 6 PM my wife and 3 little girls stopped to stretch and grab a bite to eat. Now having 3 kids on a long road trip can be overwhelming at times especially when they want to see everything in the store.. anyway the 2 female cashiers showed us more kindness than we deserved and I will be forever grateful for those 2 fine women who helped me make the last leg of our trip much nicer!

It's really not a bad place to stop. Good options on food, beverages, snacks and fuel. There is also a fast food restaurant located inside. They also carry a good assortment of automotive and non perishable groceries. The employees are usually always friendly Except one older lady, who actually scares me.

It's one of our fav to nap and shower. Thank you.

Showered and spent the night. Outside wifi is good for watching tv. Store & showers are clean and water is hot and strong. Coffee is the best! Great customer service and very friendly. We always stay here when we are in the area.

This location has an incredible staff. I dropped 700$ cash . And an associate turned it into management! They tracked down my employer and sent it back to me!! Wow. Unbelievable. Thank you Mrs. Vivian . You have an incredible staff. Thank yall so much. Good karma and lots of hope left for humanity.

I love this pilot it is located in Ontario Oregon store # 232, the staff is extremely nice and very polite including the staff in Arby’s restaurant and the bathrooms and showers are very clean and they do not smell like tobacco, the parking lot is clean and it does not smell like urine nor garbage all over like in other pilots, I got to hand it to this location they are doing an excellent job thank you. 👍👍👍

This is a great little place to stop. I used the restroom and it was like walking ito a restroom in a home. Very nice! The store has a variety of hot foods, there's a restaurant and there's plenty of parking. The people that work there were vdry nice, friendly and helpful. We have stayed there one other time before. I'd love to stay over again but it all depends on our travels, of course.

I know people don’t usually rate gas stations, but we’ve done many road trips across the country and Pilot’s are always the best to stop at. Bathrooms are often clean, food selection is better than you would expect, and you always find some doodads and souvenirs to bring back home. I wish all gas stations had at least a bare minimum standard; which allows Pilot to set the bar.
