Creative Nails & Spa (Millbury)

I have been to this salon before a couple years ago. I went back yesterday and I got a new nail tech named son and he was very careful and did a great job with my nails. The price was reasonable and the salon was clean.

I’ve been here for gel manicure, normal pedicure, and took my sister to get her eyebrows waxed. All three were great experiences. My nails came out great, the pedicure was relaxing and received free glass of wine. My sister paid $10 for eyebrow waxing and they look great! they are great at cleaning up the eyebrows. The staff is friendly and they have a cool check in system. They have a huge selection of nail colors. Large waiting area, too.
UPDATE: I suggest making an appointment, my sister, my mother, and I decided to go on Sunday afternoon to treat ourselves and the nail tech was very distracted and was rushing to get our nails done. By the time they finished my nails they had only just seated my mother for her pedicure. That also seemed rushed. With a pedicure you do get a free glass of wine which is very kind. They just need more staff, honestly.

Best gel manicure I've gotten! The nail tech was super precise and friendly. He made sure to get ALL the cuticles! Gorgeous location and on time. I will definitely be returning

I don’t get my nails done often, and usually I find random salons to go to. Usually I’m barely satisfied with the service, but this place was the exact opposite! I was incredibly happy with the atmosphere and service. I will definitely be coming back!

Convenient, slightly expensive for the dip. The young guy continuously expressed how tired he was, he rushed, and my nails were not as smooth as they usually are after. The woman who did the pedicure did a fantastic job it's too bad they split the services I wanted most of the tip to be given to her.

The only nail salon I’ll go to. I had my baby shower last weekend showed Hannah a picture of what I wanted done for my nails and she did it exactly how I wanted! Every time I go here I never leave disappointed. Love this place!!!

I have been a client of Creative Nails & Spa for many years now and specifically the Millbury location the past couple of years. I am always cheerfully greeted by the staff and beyond happy with my nails, waxing and pedicures that I routinely do. Scheduling appointments is so easy and definitely recommended to ensure you get the day/time/artist you'd like. Although it doesn't happen often, if I ever need to go back to the salon for a fix they always get me right in and take care of me. I can't recommend this salon enough, especially if you're looking for a relaxing experience!

I made an appointment for a spa pedicure and Tammy really made it special for me. I’ve had people try to rush me out of there and not take their time on the service but she was excellent. Really kind and warm welcoming. Definitely going back and asking for her.

I went in yesterday for a pedicure with Nina, she was really nice and did a really nice job. My friend saw her today for a pedicure as well and I think they both came out great! I also saw Stephanie for a gel manicure this morning and she was awesome! The most friendly and funny nail tech I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, I will definitely request her for any future appointments and my nails came out the best they've ever looked in a very long time! I highly recommend that anyone going here asks for her! Thanks ladies :)

My daughter and I have been coming here for years and it is always a great experience! The techs are wonderful and the managers are so pleasant and personable! Our pedicures are always just the right amount of time and so relaxing and dip lasts for weeks!

Very professional staff! Everything is clean and tidy. I prefer this location, but the Creative Nails on Park Ave in Worcester is also very good!

Creative is amazing - Ive never had a bad pedicure here and Jenny is my go to girl. She’s truly the best - never rushes, really friendly and gives the most relaxing massages! I highly recommend her to anyone

I've gotten pedicures here several times. The first time I had one done I booked an appointment right when they opened. Queenie was the person who did my pedicure. She did such a great job that she's the only one I ask for. She takes her time and does great work. Wonderful leg massage.

This is definitely the best nail salon I've been to; I've had a set of acrylics put on previously and they were absolutely perfect! The location is quite big and is very aesthetically pleasing. My friend and I get pedicures regularly, and only go to this location. However, I have noticed that making an appointment is not very useful, because you still have to wait for the next available employee. It is also difficult sometimes because the store is located in a large plaza, so wait times can be brutal. All in all, the service is great and the prices are good.

I went on a very busy day with no appointment but honestly, it was great. I had both a gel manicure and paraffin wax pedicure. I had the same worker for both and she was great. The place looks beautiful and you can tell they're clearly working hard to make everyone's experience great. I'll keep going back!

I had a great experience! Tony was my nail tech. He did an amazing job on my nails. He made sure to do my nails exactly how I wanted them. He listened and asked questions to make sure I had the best service possible. They came out perfect! I highly reccomend Tony. It can be hard to find a good nail tech. I was so impressed by the service he provided.

Also He was easy to talk to and over all just a really great guy! I will definitely be back to see him. Thank You again Tony!

By far, THE BEST spa manicure & overall experience I've ever had!! Highly recommend going here for your next manicure or pedicure!! My nails and cuticles came out perfect!! I want to know WHY this place has such low reviews. The service and quality for the price is phenominal. They spend so much time on you, genuinely care about what they’re doing, are very good at what they do, and are SO!!! NICE!!! I had Scarlett and my mother had Helen. Such sweet women. The facility and tools are very clean as well. This was honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had.
