Extend A Suites Tucson Airport

My stay here at the Minsk Extended Stay was EXCEPTIONAL!!
I was greeted by brandy the receptionist, and she was cheerful, and very helpful. Great attitude and very sincere. I recommend this place to anyone person looking for a great place to stay!!

This is not a 5 star hotel but the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my room. It was clean, brand new sheets, TV, microwave, fridge, desk to work, dresser gor your clothes and the linen was nice. Would definitely stay here again. Most important the price was wonderful.

Even though this motel is located on a hot area of town, it's actually very quiet. Reasonably priced, for all choices (daily weekly and monthly) especially after you are here for a certain amount of time (about ide say three months, don't quote me I'm not sure) your rent goes down, u don't pay city/state taxes as with any hotel. Bianca is one of the bessstttttt front office workers, totally friendly, able to worth with you within ethical work limits, she's awesome!! Pool is fairly sized, my little one loves it. For someone who has lived here for the past six months, it's one of the better hotel around. The rooms are fairly sized to. Love it h🖤❤🖤❤🖤❤🖤

In a world where the quality of hotels has dramatically gone down. One thing we are sure of is that the average price for one has always maintained the same. Luckily places like extend a suites, especially for an extended stay hotel. the quality we seek is not so much just in the rooms but more so in the staff. This is a very pleasant place where the rooms are clean they smell nice and at first glance are very accommodating. Even though it lacks things like a hot plate or a place to cook and place to properly wash dishes for an extended stay. It makes up for all of this through the integrity of staff members such as two very wonderful young ladies by the names of Evelyn and Bianca. These two young receptionists made the stay here quite enjoyable they were very helpful very nice very accommodating. have I ever going to stay in Tucson again for an extended stay which I probably will I would certainly rebook here the price is good the people are great and overall it is above satisfactory if I could give it a better rating I would...

Jennifer was the first person that checked in me and my wife and our dog they have always work with us the only thing they'd expect be friendly and no drama and they have always been nice anything needs to be fixed just put it on the maintenance request list this is a great hotel if you're trying to get on your feet Jennifer is such a great employee she always seems to make you laugh and always leave you with a smile she is a very sweet person we are very grateful being here thank you Jennifer and staff they just put up a brand new gate to keep the riffraff out they do their best around here

The amount of things that were wrong/bad when I came with my wife last time was appalling.
But then when we stayed a few nights ago, it was almost night and day. Obviously the hotel hadn't still wasn't the best, (the GM, she was amazing. There was an incident at the hotel and she was all over it. At one point, I saw her run into a cloud of smoke, and evacuate a room)
The rooms were cleaner, the property was cleaner. It was nice. When I first checked in, I was unable to, because that is when everything was happening. But I watching her, she was in rough shape, and still kept going. I think she may be newer, but she is SO nice. After everything she even directed me to some great places to eat, and she was just so friendly and welcoming.
Her front desk girl, J-something, was also very nice. She had some rooms already picked out for me to see, which I really like, and I just can't get over how clean it was. There was a card to fill out while I was there, I didn't have a pen, or I would have filled it out. I no longer remember the name, maybe with a J or G? Either way, I even moved the bed, and nothing. No dirt. I was so impressed.

Anyways I think the changes the new new manager seems to have made some impressive changes, and honestly, I am kind if excited to go back in January and see what new changes are made.

The rooms are clean and straight forward. Convenient location right off the I 10. Jenny the night front desk person is fabulous, she treated us with care and expertise. Rates are extremely affordable, place is awesome as a base to have a great Tucson experience.

Amazing friendly staff clean rooms great stay I would not ask for better I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be back this place is cost efficient and nice for price I’m happy I was able to stay felt like home ❤😍🤞

Extremely kind staff, very helpful, amazing people.. The front desk woman Ms. Julia was by far the most helpful person out of litteraly any other hotel Ive stayed at in the past.. Kind, compassionate, great at tending to everyones needs, very very sweet. And she’s gorgeous with badassss nails. Definitly comfertable talking with her and best person to accomidate my needs at any hour of the night ❤

It was a great place to relax and feel at home. The staff was friendly and their impeccable service left me in aww. . Thank you, my first stay was a few days ago and again, last night. The young and very sweet lady working the evening shift was accommodating and made me feel at home. She is management material and an asset to this establishment. The manager Hasan and Evelyn assisted me and were helpful with my situation. When I was getting ready to check out of extended a suites this morning, they were able to graciously help me and price match as close as they could to another extended stay just so I didn't have to pack my stuff up and leave. I'm so grateful that they gave me this discount and made it so much more convenient for me. Thank you so much for your great customer service!

I have stayed in this hotel twice and I really love how clean and trained are the staff, during my stay I received assistance from housekeeper Arianna who helped clean my room during my stay and made me feel like at home Thanks!

I enjoyed my stay.its quiet as long as you don't talk to anyone you're good. Staff are really nice and helpful. I would definitely come back if I needed too. Thank you adriana for being so helpful. I'm sad to be leaving. It feels like home away from home. :)

Not the greatest part of town but the price is right and the staff more than compensated. After a rouhgh few days moving we where helped by the nicest front desk person Kelly. She provided professional service and friendly, happy attitude. Thanks!

Been here almost year could honestly say it's really friendly and clean they make you feel right at home. Friendly and respectful staff. Quiet place to be. I would recommend people to come here and good prices :) They give you lots of love and support . Never had any problems thank you so much Extended suites in appreciate you all so much. 😊

I would Definitely stay here AGAIN. I paid for a week not even knowing what it would be like.
But my stay was the best decision I made , Staff there were the most kindest women there. An they made my stay comfortable an o felt safe. I was in room #161 which was the back west end of the building an my room was absolutely clean I had no problems in my room but a little minor with the t.v but MAINTENANCE was there to fix reception an the air was the most important part for me and it was a comfortable room, HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY BUGS OF ANY KIND, that would of crept me out BUT NO.
An the other tent's were also kind . I was thankful no smoking in room made me cut down an thankful for that.
So I extended another week because I felt safe an my room was BEYOND the price I payed.
I would like say a BIG THANK YOU WOMEN IN THE OFFICE YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE FOR BEING KIND THOUGHTFUL TO MY NEEDS. Very caring and knowing I didn't feel comfortable being allone there but you all did a great job.

First thing I noticed was that the rooms had been freshly fixed. And that they were continuing to get the rooms in better shape. The doors were upgraded to sturdier locking. Reinforced door framework. Fresh wall and ceiling work; i.e., texture, acoustic & paint. New floors. New bathroom, sink, tub and toilet. Rooms are clean and secure. They have free Wi-Fi with internet. The service is cheerful, warm and friendly. Thanks to the general manager and manager, Sherrill and Olivia. Also Melanie and Lewis are very good at making the guests feel at home. The maids are very good at their duties. The property is clean. My experience here has been GREAT! I'm giving 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆+☆, plus one as my rating of Extend@Suites Tucson!!! 😀😉😊😁😎
