The selection is limited and slightly over priced. For the past 3 months I have had to go in there 3-4 times a week (for the convenience not prices)and have been treated nicely. The staff are always courteous and helpful. This evening they were doing the end of the night scramble, with people piling in trying to beat the clock, while an obviously "preoccupied" person was in the front of the line,doing their thing. As frustrating as this probably was, the staff handled it with grace and understanding, and we were all greeted with kind words and a smile. The people who work there deserve kudos. So, BIG CHOCOLATE COVERED GRANOLA BARS to you. Thanks

Never had a problem with this store or the staff and yeah they do talk a lot but I'm still acknowledged and greeted there's one female employee that's always made me feel welcome is why I always continue to come back plus you have the best deal for Rockstar energy and a variety of flavors I never knew existed just wish you had the strawberry whip Rockstar and I'd be happier

Every time I visited it was just great from the time you walk through the doors to the time you leave it's been a positive experience from the manager who we have had The pleasure to have met at a totally different kind of store all together she stayed with her great customer service attitude and I want to give a positive response to a particular attendent/cashier who was great great to my grandchildren she's always been able to take time to make them feel special and let me tell you after dealing with so many people in a day's work it meant alot to me and my family being the grandparents that we are it really meant alot to us now I will always go out of my way to make it back to this store/location besides it has been one cheapest location's to re-fuel on gas in The Big 520 Tucson Az check out with your local app on your phone no lie you will just love it remember much love to you and your family from Rudy Anthony Sandoval in the Big 520 Tucson AZ keep in touch while we lead you to a particular place you would like to stay

Sometimes this ampm is awesome. Almost always has everything in stock. They are definitely the best at using the ampm app. They are also extremely helpful when they want to be… other times well it was 9:38pm. I just got off the bus and wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes. I was giving my friend my purse to hold outside. so I wouldn’t have to carry it inside. I turn around and they are closing the store. Extremely rude and unprofessional… today I asked when they close and was told 10pm. Also extremely lazy and unprofessional to say it’s still open 24 hours on Google when it hasn’t been open 24 hours in over a year.

If you like rude, unprofessional, judgmental, and other words i should not say, employees please go to this ampm! Today oct 28th at 9:50am i had the worst experience i ever had at a ampm. I go here all the time! Well used to... honestly after my morning coffee getting ruined as i try to buy what i buy everyday. I don’t want to go to this ampm anymore. Why even have a ampm app if it dose not work. It took the price of the coffee off but not the free donut that was won yesterday. Plus she wanted to charged me the price of a soda for just a cup of ice. I understand paying for the cup but not soda thats not in it. That was annoying but I truly don’t understand why you can’t train your employees on how to use the ampm app. I have had it done soo many different ways. I hate to give a 1 star because a different employee was wonderful and taught me how to get the app to work. Sadly the cashier working today was so rude. Literally ruined my morning coffee i buy everyday. I got stomach issues so i cant use sugar or have hot coffee. Soo no ice equals im stuck with a cup of confusion as to why a employee could mess up my purchases soo badly.

Place has horrible customer service. Too busy talking and not paying attention to the customer. They show a lack of wanting to be there it they make it obvious in Subtle ways. Worst thing too is it always smells like a bathroom in the whole store. No professionalism and the woman gossip alll dayy. I heard one worker lady talking about having to pull her gun out on a customer. Just go to the quick trip up the ways a bit. Way better and friendlier staff? You can avoid the whole hood vibe. Like an AMPM from the movie Friday.

Horrible store! Customer service is horrendous!!! Never want to go there again! Advise everyone to stay away from there! Doesn't even deserve 1 star, and that's for reals! Hello Mr. Owner, how about calling 1-800-Fix-Your-Store. Because if it doesn't change (and it hasn't) it shows that you really don't care. So calling your 1-800 number isn't going to change anything. Will not be returning, period! Have a great day 😊.

This establishment is so horrible. The woman and gentleman that work in the mornings are so lazy and so slow it's unbelievable they should probably go find a different job. Customer service is your actual job customer service is what you actually get paid for so maybe you guys should hire people with actual customer service skills.

Way overpriced. Rude employees. Not 24hrs because everytime I go at night they stand around and dont serve through the window.

I do not recommend this ampm. ((Go to Circle K on Ajo Way instead.)) Substandard service delivery due to rude & hypocritical staff. I filled my tank & purchased snacks for a road trip. When I asked if I could fill my insulated mug w/ ice the clerk told me no - that the ampm owner had a really bad experience w/ COVUD-19 (C-19) so no filling outside cups w/ ice. She told me thisw/ a straight face & very sincere expression - I could see that because she was not wearing a mask. A young girl (old enough to be masked) was sitting unmasked behind the counter. Other clerks were wearing their masks pulled down. When I w tried the single, co-ed public restroom door the same clerk told me the public bathroom was closed due to C-19 as well. Wish I would have thought to return my $25 of snacks, etc before I left. I drove around the corner to the Circle K on E Ajo Way. I highly recommend this place. Courteous staff. More products. Open restrooms & we can fill containers w/ ice.
