Americas Best Value Inn Tucson

I really liked the room, it was spacious and big. It was clean and had everything you need and more. It had a microwave and refrigerator and a coffee maker. The shampoo and body soap dispensers in the shower were empty but I always carry my own. I liked that the television had cable and there's a plastic stand that has the television channels. My family and I stayed for one night but it was a very good experience.

Got to hotel in the morning after a catastrophic trip. They checked us in early for a very reasonable fee and we're extremely accommodating. Had an issue with A/C and their rock Star maintenance man beat my husband from the front desk back to the room. When the issue couldn't be fixed immediately they went out of their way to get us into another room quickly. This is not a Hilton but they aren't charging Hilton prices. They are budget friendly, extremely clean, great customer service. Can't ask for anything more than that! Amazing job to your whole team!!

The staff there are very professional and competent. I've stayed there a few times and I have to say that although it is an old structure, it is will kept and very clean. Certainly not one of the prettier hotels, but in terms of comfort, cleanliness and good service I strongly recommend staying if you're on a road trip or just need a space to rest your head.

The pool is absolutely beautiful, retro-old school. There were 2 grills on site to cook with family, plenty of chairs to lay in the sun. Easy controlled access to pool.
Our room (#205) was beautiful, well maintained. Staff offer to clean and restock our towels, coffee etc. There was a great refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Plenty of drawers for our vacation things. Quiet and friendly area. Beds were comfortable and fresh.

Here for work, so ended up starting for a full week. First room was clean.. but ended up being upgraded bcuz they were remodeling, for free. Cali king bed, couch, bigger tv. This place may look a little run down on the outside, but surprised me on how well the rooms are in the inside. Very clean, well kept and surprisingly quiet, both day and night. As for the free breakfast? Well, hate to say it, but very, very basic. And a little stingy. But other than that.. the place is worth the price! And in a good way.

I have, now been at this lovely and very welcoming hotel that I give five plus plus plus stars to, for over a month.i absolutely love it that much here because I said in a previous review, every staff member on every shift, this is to include the awesome security guys all do their part in making the stay here that much more pleasant. I imagine soon I will part from here and I will miss it because I can honestly say for a hotel it is like a second home to me. the cleaning ladies are so nice and treat you with respect and you can but only give that back to them. gosh so I wish I had extra money to spare because I would want to give them so much. people that have given this hotel anything less than a five ***** star rating came here already looking for flaws and sure , no one is perfect, and what comes from that is second nature.....human error, but I looked myself to find wrong in the staff and my room and sorry I cannot report anything negative about my room or the staff..... I did say I have been here for over 39 days now...... I think by now if there were any my review would reflect that but as you continue to read on I do not have anything bad to say about "America's BEST VALUE INN!!!!!!!" THANK YOU AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN for everything you do to make this hotel #1 on my list. you deserve more credit then you get and you deserve more than we give. I wish you all the best.

Looks pretty typical from the street but the staff the best, the rooms are SUPER clean, fluffy towels, clean sheets AND blankets, cold air conditoning and breakfast! For the price it CANNOT be beat. Cleaning staff is SOO friendly and VERY thorough. Office staff are so helpful. The ONLY complaint would be the night man. He's rude and very condescending. Other than that it is WONDERFUL for the price. Would have definitely expected far less for the price...EXCEPTIONAL.

I've been here over a month and compared to alot of morels in this area this one hands down gets 5 stars. Ots more cleaner, quieter, the rooms are mixer more comfortable and at $150 for 3 days you can't beat the price....

Just wanted to say a few things I'm happy that they allow visitors as long as they don't mess up the room and stuff I'm a very clean ocd and the rooms our up to my standards great place and the staff does not bother me at all I'm in 220 it's got a flat screen king bed and spacious and it's for the right price I hope I can stay a long time I'm not about drama that's why I have been here so far I stay in my own lane if you do that and your people that visit you stay in there land the staff loves you behaving the right now but other wise I have stayed outside of saaf paying and this is truly a place to stay at the maids do a great job the one that does my room gets 5 ⭐ u can see that she loves her job. America's great again thanks to America's best value.

I always say customer service is the top reason why I would rate a place. I arrived at this hotel after driving for 8 hours from San diego california. It was about mid night. The lady who helped my husband and I deserves a gold medal 🏅... she was kind and efficient in getting us a room. Thank you!!! 😊

We stayed and it was awesome. Employees were nice and courteous. Rooms were clean. No noise after dark. It was so peaceful great place to stay and will do it again.

Felt welcomed from the time we walked in. We are smokers. Everyone seems to discriminate against us!! Hard to find a decent place to stay!! So I would highly recommend this Inn. Very nice and helpful staff and a nice clean room!!

I love this motel. Nice staff. Working on remodeling all the rooms. Very reasonably priced. I've been here four times and will recommend it to everyone I hear is traveling across I-10.

The room and cleanliness were great for the price of 45 plus tax. We had a small issue, on our part, where we booked online a different date. John was extremely helpful and honored the price that we got online. Thanks John!!!

It's the better end of motels, service is very kind, felt safe, have all appliances needed--microwave, blow dryer, fridge. Continental breakfast. Pretty clean.

This place is located on benson highway, park and ajo area. It is a a remodeled hotel. As we all know tucson is not short of old and runned down places. There is so much happing that all I can say is you must book a reservation. If you don't book a reservation you won't get a room. I enjoyed my stay and I am sure other guests will also. The location is the best aswell. So book your reservation and make your opinion.

We stayed 1 night was a nice. Room was very clean smelled great. Gated parking area. Staff was very nice n helpful

It's got plenty of room right across from a Walmart and mcdonald's, off the freeway has big rig parking bob tails inside truck n trailer onto the side or along street, has a pool, gates and cameras for security house keeping and trash pick up daily

I was a VERY late arrival, with no reservation, and I was treated with courtesy and expediency. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and very affordable. I highly recommend staying with them here in Tucson!

It was a very nice place to stay we felt comfortable and satisfied the staff was very helpful other then the wait for our room it was ok think we'll go back next time
