Super 8 by Wyndham Tucson/Grant Road Area AZ

The hotel was comfortable, and management was very helpful. It was a great location for getting off and on the freeway. We lost sleep due to an inconsiderate person next door yelling and shining his lights in our window, but the hotel did not cause this problem.

Staff was reaaaalllly great, went way above in taking care of us!!!!! I worked in the hotel/ bar/restaurant business my whole life, and these people are "old school", meaning....they ACTUALLY cared about the people they deal with,so...thank you for that, although we ABSOLUTELY did NOT receive the same service OR ANYTHING else when we stopped at a same name place , which was completely EMPTY, ...but, in TX, and they refused us, so.....how do you and your company feel about taking care of people, TEXAS, and not acting like your company is ABOVE the people who walk through the door, and pay for services NOT rendered??????
you guys KNOW better,and really really NEED to look in the mirror, being TIRED from driving does NOT make you unacceptable to pay for a room to sleep........ps. ESPECIALLY if you SAW that we had already graced your company with our DOLLARS, 3 days in a row.....

Super 8 was a nice place for overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There is IHOP next door to hotel.

JJ went out of his way to help me retrieve an item that got left behind during my stay here. Much appreciated.

Great room. Friendly staff, free breakfast 6-9am, pool, close to everything you need. Best value for a quality room instead of $50 roach motel room.

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating. Very very friendly. Also the room was great. If I were to complain about anything the refrigerator kind of sucked. Other then that everything was great.

For just a 2 star hotel , it feels like a 5star. The rooms are really nice compared to the others in the area. Everyone is very nice and they still take cash. I especially like you can book a room and pay later. Great place and my grandson loves the pool!!!

Great place to stay. Under new management and they are making changes. The staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was good but if you want a spread IHOP and Waffle house are close. Close to downtown. Bus stop very close. My room was a comfortable stay. Housekeeping cleaned everyday. I can honestly say I'd recommend if you're just visiting. The rooms go fast for special events. I didn't have a key for a couple days but once again, new management is getting it worked out. I understand why the bad ratings but please give them another chance to prove they are improving.

They were very understanding and polite. We needed to check in early and the manager allowed it so we wouldn't have to wait in the hot truck. The room was clean and stocked. The sheets smelled freshly washed. The TV was bigger than I expected and the wifi was actually decently paced... It wasn't to slow. All in all I will be returning. Thank you so much for making my anniversary stay-cation amazing. So glad I picked this hotel.

First I want to say that manager Mario and the Clerk Selena went above and beyond to help me with a comfortable and affordable stay. We had an unforeseen circumstance happen that we needed to stay for almost a week they helped us out with a weekly rate. Rooms we're very clean beds were comfortable our stay with complete comfortable. Only issue that happened is the noise level is a little high but hotel is off the freeway which we came to expect other than that wonderful stay.

Nice clean room, nice shiny tile. Great sized room comfy clean bed. Guy at the desk was professional and polite, with swimming, TV, WIFI. the ac was FREEZING!!! Was cold when we went in the unit wasnt even on yet. It was $67 for two people one bed i believe it was a great deal.

Sunny at the front desk was More than excellent. He always went above and beyond for me both times I have stayed there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay somewhere In Tucson, AZ.

My name is Ryan Van Den Heuvel and I had such an amazing stay here at this super 8 I was there for 6 nights and I have never been treated so amazing by any staff at any other hotel. the two girls who work there should get a huge raise for how well they treat the people the two sweetest girls ever. The manager is also a great guy. Whenever I get another hotel in tucTuc this will be the only place I stay because of how amazing the staff is. I will spend my money no where else other than this hotel. Everyone on the staff should get a raise because with people like that it will bring great business and happy customers thank you all once again for making my stay so amazing I love you guys and this place will be my home away from home bless you all!

Nice, clean rooms. Very friendly staff.. The manager Mario is the sweetest guy and is very sincere about his job.. All the housekeepers are very sweet and do their jobs well.. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re in the area!!!

All of my positive experience has to do with the helpfulness of nighttime the front desk staff. Janet(?) is fantastic. Room was clean and right on par for the price.

We had a problem with our booking and had to call the 3rd party that we reserved it with and it took probably 30 minutes but he keep smiling and laughing with us the entire time and turned an annoying experience into a fun break from the car

It is clean, people are hospitable, beautiful and new inside, they had everything we needed after a long way. Thank you so much. Compare to those jerks at Best Value Inn on Tropicana Street Las Vegas, this motel was wonderful. Big Thank you.

Love this hotel, despite the area. As long as you mind your own business and keep to yourself you're good. Great staff awesome management. Keep up good work.

We booked a room here after traveling all day and had no problems at all, the room was big and wasnt dirty. We expected more people to be there but the parking lot was quite empty.

We Out of electricity and we stayed there for 2 nights enjoyed the pool the AC life is good thank you
