El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort

This place is amazing beautiful views amazing rooms. We were there for a conference but did a staycation this was the second year in a row we did this they have wonderful service the staff is amazing they have an area that has a 21 and over pool if you're looking to get away from the kids or you can have a larger pool area for the whole family the views are great no matter where you're at no matter where the rooms are they have different restaurants for different occasions. There's also a golf course hiking areas. There's just so many different things that you can do it's wonderful. Have a great coffee bar a regular bar that serves food also a upscale restaurant if you want to have a luxury dinner and then they also have a breakfast buffet restaurants as well for a quaint family dinner or breakfast lunch or you can eat out on the patio and get food from the bar as well. I unfortunately forgot to take photos for this vacation only have the one that I took from the pool with the view of the mountain that I can add.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Samantha at El Conquistador bar, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment I sat down, Samantha was attentive and genuinely welcoming and friendly. Their knowledge of the drink menu and meal menu was impressive, and they offered insightful recommendations that perfectly matched my preferences.

What stood out most was Samantha’s s exceptional service. They ensured my glass was never empty and checked in regularly without being intrusive. The cocktails were expertly crafted and presented with a touch of flair that highlighted their skill and dedication.

Additionally, Samantha created a warm and friendly atmosphere that made my visit enjoyable and memorable. Their professionalism, combined with a personable approach, made for an evening that surpassed my expectations. As well her personal recommendations for food that did not steer me wrong

I highly recommend visiting El Conquistador’s bar and experiencing Samanthas top-notch bar service. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and appreciated.

I really enjoy this hotel. I've stayed here a couple times now, once for work and now with family. We stayed over July 4th for a couple of days and felt the hotel managed the hoards of family well and set up many fun activities for families during the holiday. The room, while could use a renovation, was spotless and had a nice balcony. The pool service was incredible despite the amount of people by the pool and the team at the lobby bar, especially Mikal and Aaron make me want to return. Fun guys with lots of experience making great drinks. The spa is beautiful, as well.

Love this resort for its beauty, pool, food & service. We were there for a week, and the views were just breathtaking! The pool was wonderful with great service and everything we ordered was delicious. Very relaxed vibe & everyone was so friendly & helpful. Only criticism I have was the housekeeping situation. If you did not call down every day or chase down the girls with the housekeeping carts, you would not get your room cleaned. But the staff who answered my calls sent towels immediately when we needed them. Very happy & I would still give this resort 5 stars & we will stay here again!!

Gorgeous location. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Their Air Conditioning was out, but they were doing everything they could to remedy it. I love that they have carts to take you to your Casita, it's helpful when it's hot!

I was invited here for a luncheon and gave it a tour. This place is amazing! There is an expansive back patio with a huge pool. The grounds are immaculate, and there is a good course, shops, and other amenities. It is simply beautiful.

Very nice resort! Great views and the room are comfortable! Just wished the kids pool would stay open a little later

If I could I'd give 10 stars! I would like to start this review with a huge thanks to Amanda from the hotel. Amanda because of all your hard work and dedication these past months our conference went so smooth. The conference rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. The sleeping rooms were very spacious as well as soon as you walk in you can smell the freshness. The room was very clean restrooms very sanitized as well. Amanda thank you so much for the amazing hospitality. I hope to be back soon.

My wife and I spent a kid free night here while visiting family. The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the lobby piano player immensely. The food was fantastic. Every single staff member was attentive, helpful and friendly. Can't recommend this resort enough, we will return for sure.

I won a free night here at my office holiday party, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Staff was accommodating, check in was a breeze. Rooms were easy to find, and gave a relaxing ambiance to my staycation. Ty!

We had a lovely and enjoyable stay here at this unique property. Rooms were nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The grounds are quite big so you can have a nice walk in and around the property. We had a lovely view from our balcony. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

We stayed over the weekend as a last minute getaway and had a great time! The pool area was great for our two kids ages 4 and 6, they loved the water slide and main pool. The staff is extremely friendly and service was excellent! The location is amazing, a few minutes from in/out burger and Target. There is also an upscale mall just a few minutes away called Encantada, great place to let the kids run and grab dinner.

The rooms are a bit dated as some of the other reviews suggest but overall the resort is well cared for and very clean!

The staff was spectacular in all departments.
The pool was big and pretty, there was always plenty of space. The poolside food and drink was excellent. The hot and cold springs were nice, but it would be nice to have a larger hot spring or more than one as it was very popular especially in the evenings. It would get crowded quick. There was also a rock slide. I liked that each section was separated. The grounds were beautiful and educational signs were everywhere.
The restaurant was good and the prices were excellent for the amazing food. The breakfast was more expensive, but still good. The omelet station was very popular, it would be good to have more people working it, but the guy there handled it well.
The rooms were clean, and our view if the mountain was nice. We didn't expect to also have a view of the parking lot, but it was still good. We would also consider getting a view of the pool in the future. There is no microwave in the room. It would also be nice to have elevators on both sides of each building. We got ourselves so mixed up about it!
The staff can transport you to and from the spa which was very nice. The gift shop was nice, and the artwork was spectacular. We would definitely come back!

It was sooo beautiful here I love the art on the walls the chicken quesadilla was so yummy 😋 my kiddos Loved the pool and the water slide was there favorite it was a beautiful relaxing place

This was a great place for a quick getaway while dropping my kids in Tucson to meet with local friends. The grounds are beautiful and location is stunning with the mountains as a backdrop view from the pool or any of their outdoor seating at the restaurants/bars. Breakfast on the veranda was great. The server was very pleasant.
Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We upgraded to a suite and did not regret it.
Fun to see wildlife right outside our patio door-rabbits, roadrunners, lizards, etc. Birdsong was going strong in the mornings! 😁
Pool was clean and they have towel service right there with room key/info necessary. Also, a pool bar that opens at 11am, as I recall.
Shopping Is convenient and close by if you forgot anything. There is also a number of good restaurants nearby.
I will definitely return and bring hubby as well next time! 😉

Nice resort in Tucson. Secluded in the north/eastern part of Tucson. Great customer service. Rooms very nice with great good.

Went for Thanksgiving brunch. While it was pricey, it was worth it. The variety and flavors were wonderful. The Chef and kitchen created an exceptional experience. Service was excellent! Tricia and other staff made it that much more enjoyable.
Definitely on our short list for future holidays.

Had lunch with a friend. The service was fantastic, and the cheese/chicken quesadilla was great. With beautiful views.
