Homestead Motel

This place was very clean and the owners were very friendly. It was conveniently located. Our room had a separate full kitchen. I hadn't expected that but a full fridge was really a bonus. It also provided a lot of extra space. The place was quiet. It had air conditioning and a nice TV. There were cute flower boxes out front with pretty plants and flowers. It was inexpensive to boot. I'd definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting friends in Granby, and this motel was perfect. It's super clean, and the owners (Erik and Mike) were very friendly and helpful and always around if we needed anything - their dog was really fun and friendly too. The motel is in a very convenient location being right off the highway and about four blocks from downtown Granby. Our room had a full kitchen (located in a separate kitchen area from the main room/bedroom). We didn't expected the kitchen to have a full fridge and so much counter space, but that was nice to have. The extra kitchen area also provided extra space to leave our bikes, coolers, snack food, and other items. The motel was quiet and relaxing other than some slight traffic noise in the morning, but that's to be expected given it's a roadside motel. It had air conditioning that worked great and a nice TV. There were also cute flower boxes out front. It's inexpensive yet very clean and nice. We'll definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and well equipped. There were dishes, pots/pans and silverware in the kitchen, which was convenient! The bathroom was clean and bright and the towels looked brand new! Can't beat the location either. Great value for the money, will definitely stay again!

Great motel on way to Rocky Mountain National Park. Price was reasonable given the area. Rooms were comfortable with no A/C; but not an issue due to the cool climate. Pet friendly place too. No breakfast but that wasn't a deal breaker at all-plenty of nice places to eat in Granby. Staff was receptive and we had no issues at all with this motel.

Don't be shy, this is the spot to stop if you need to refresh. Cozy & comfy, & a great location to finish traveling through the state.

The rooms are super cute, and clean. The bathrooms were clean and very nice shower pressure was great. The mattress was pretty firm but I prefer it that way. Staff was very pleasant and professional! Was a great weekend getaway

Was a real treat staying here, this coming from a city dweller who typically books at a Hilton. Room was clean and well maintained, and the staff of what seems to be two people were extremely kind and helpful. Me being one of those weird bath lovers I was beyond satisfied with how deep the tub was. I dont often find ones that fit your whole body in so 5 stars from me.

Perfectly clean and welcoming road-side motel. Incredible value for the room. $50/night for a comfortable bed, and even has a full kitchen if you bring food/things to cook with. Very clean, and the couple that owns the Homestead is incredibly friendly. I will absolutely be staying here again any time I overnight to Winter Park or Steamboat.

We got there early and Steve was so nice to let us into our room before check in since the room was vacant. The hospitality was so helpful to us! We had a full kitchen which allowed us to cook. Nothing fancy but was comfortable and clean. They were pet friendly, too!

Owner is excellent. Rooms I can tell are very thoroughly cleaned, excellent place to stay in the area, very homey place that gives you the culture of Granby. Highly recommend staying here, had a great experience!

Cozy room with a large kitchen attached. The manager was VERY nice. The price was very reasonable (half of what I paid to freeze at a nearby resort). They are pet friendly and it's very peaceful here.

I got smallest room in the motel. the sheet was clean, and there was two beds, microwave, refrigerator etc.. with reasonable price! the manager lady and mister was friendly and kind. I traveled from grand lake to granby by walking all the way down, was exhausted. and motel in middle of town was full. and then I found this motel after little bit of roadwalking. the motel saved my life.

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Refrigerator, microwave and cable TV. Big soft towels, not those cheap white hotel towels. Reasonable price. Unfortunately no coffee available at office or in room.

Mikee takes care of his customers. Father's day weekend a long range hiker fell ill, was able to get a room for 2 nights and was given a ride to the emergency room for needed treatment and a ride for a meal at a locate restaurant.

Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, scenery outside is beautiful, and the owner went above and beyond to make my stay in Granby enjoyable. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
