Excellent service and attention. The facilities are first class. the room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. My experience was very good and I recommend it. The common areas are very well distributed, the gym, the pool and the grill area are very comfortable.

Great place to stay! I would highly recommend this place for long term and short term stay. Ms. Rosa is super super friendly, kind and understandable, she makes you feel welcomed. I stayed there 3 weeks and I have 0 complaints about this place. 5 stars!

I was here for a 4 day work week and by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Mrs. Valerie at the front desk I believe her name was if not she’s the lady the works the morning/mid shift was by far the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. She loves working there and it shows! She was extremely helpful in anything that I needed and ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whoever is Mrs. Valerie’s manager please know she takes care of her guest and this hotel with pride. I would definitely be going back next time I come down.

This is our go to hotel when traveling to visit family. Staff is amazing! Hotel is always clean, well maintained and let friendly. Great value for the money.

I have to travel a lot for work and Valerie was by the BEST front desk employee I've ever encountered! She loved her job, loved helping customers, and made the visit a 10/10. Give this woman a raise!

As a retired 22-year veteran, I have visited many resorts/hotels throughout this country.

Staying at some of them I would not allow my mother to spend the night, but being fair, some were acceptable.

However, I had the pleasure of lodging at Candle-wood recently, {Fayetteville N.C} and I must say, it was one of the most rewarding hotels I had the pleasure of being in!!

I was so very impressed with this place that I wished that I could have stayed longer.

Give a warm and exceptional thank-you to Brook, the awesome young lady at the front desk the night we arrived.

She was so very courteous/gracious and she knew that we had been on the road a long time {we called ahead}.
She had everything in order when we arrived, completing her job very timely. A job well done.

This is one of the best IHG hotels I've stayed at in Fayetteville. The rooms are clean and smell nice, despite it being a pet friendly establishment. All of the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. Everyone speaks to you and always has a smile. I will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Valarie check us in she is outstanding. She is very thorough, personable and efficient. Great experience.

Easy access from the interstate. Nice and clean also pet friendly. For a family traveling with kids and a pet a great stay to have a whole kitchen be able to restock and clean bottles. Make travel needs easy. As an extended stay rooms are clean and comfortable. Very accommodating.

I was sent on a last minute trip, and this hotel had the cheapest rate and the best location. The hotel had been recently renovated, and I had a fantastic stay. The room I was in had a full fridge, strong WiFi, a big screen tv, and a complete tiny home kitchen equipped with pots and pans. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay again and recommend others to stay here.

Stayed here for 9 months due to work, and this place is always clean! No bed bugs, no weird smells. Rooms are well insulated so you cant hear the neighbors. Laundry facility works great, and i love that its free. Dogs are happily allowed and no room has ever smelled of animal. The girls at the front desk are all great! Kitchenette has everything you need too! Overall perfect stay!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at this vacation and the best nights sleep we got. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean from the soft sheets to the crisp white towels to the nicely stocked kitchenette. There were extra towels in the bathroom and the full sized Dove products made for a nice shower. We were traveling with our dog and appreciated that the walls were thick and the hallways were low traffic so that she could rest easy in a new place without being disturbed by noises in the hallway. This hotel has the feel of somewhere well cared for and is an incredible value for the price. I would highly recommend it!

Every thing about this place was just perfect! All the ladies at the front desk were an absolute joy dealing with!

The check-in process was smooth. The front desk lady could stand to speak a little slower considering I had to ask her to repeat herself a time or two and I talk pretty fast. My room was clean and smelled fresh. We did run out of shower gel because it was near empty but I travel with my own accessories so that wasn't a biggie. The sheets were the absolute softest sheets I have ever laid on. They were silky feeling and smooth! My skin/body loved it. After check out I realized I lost one of my diamond earrings and called the front desk to report it. She took my number and said she would follow up after speaking to the housekeeper and she did just that. I went back and got my earring and left a tip. This stay was wonderful. I would definitely stay again and I am a true Hilton girl so that says a lot! Oh and the pantry was
just what was needed for late night.

This was our first start at Candlewood. The rooms are clean and spacious. I appreciate the free use of the washer and dryer. And a shout out to Amanda at the front desk. She provided prompt, friendly service and was an exceptional part of our stay! The kitchenette made it easy for us to enjoy home cooked meals in our room. Great price. Highly recommend.

We stayed here about 2 weeks with pets and kids while we waited for our home to be ready to move into. The staff was always courteous, helpful and professional. It's close to everything including Fort Bragg. We felt safe and didn't have any issues. It was quiet, has a laundry area that does not charge you and gym. Saw many people BBQ'ing outside during the nice days which was cool. Very accommodating with pets and welcoming. The kitchen was helpful for us to save money during our stay and maintain some normalcy for the kids.

We stayed here on 09/15/2022. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by Amanda, the front desk clerk. She was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Check in was smooth and painless. Our room was very clean and neat. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area! We even took Amanda’s suggestion to eat at Mac’s Bbq! We highly recommend this place.

Wow!! We stayed here for one night (passing through), and we are so glad we chose this place! We are so impressed!! It’s clean, comfortable, and so functional!! This hotel would be awesome for people who need to stay for several days to weeks or longer at a time!!
The kitchenette is seriously amazing and has about everything you could need to get by- and I do mean everything!!
The closet is larger than normal hotel closets, and there is other storage space in the room as well.
The bathroom is also a good size, has luxury towels that rock, and even has shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower!
The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are so comfortable I’m going to ask where to buy them.
There seems like nothing has been missed in making this place too notch! Seriously impressed!!
If you need a king sized bed, call..the hotel has only a few rooms with that size so they’re not advertised. But it’s possible to get one of one is available when you call.

The staff was very welcoming upon my arrival and departure. My room was very clean and comfortable. I only stayed for a night but I’d definitely stay here again, when in the area. There was plenty of parking and easy access in and out. The area was very quiet as well. Definitely an enjoyable stay.
