The pharmacist, Ana Eliasen was so incredibly helpful. It was a busy day, but she stayed past closing time to take care of all of us. She was kind and thoughtful when answering questions for each of us. Thank you!

My teen needed an emergency insulin prescription filled an hour before closing, the staff was GREAT, getting it filled for him even though they didn't have the one requested in stock. They worked with the doctor and got a new prescription sent in even though they were about to close. Great service, very friendly and helpful

Efficient and responsive. My 15-year old was staying in the area. To meet Colorado law, she needed her scripts for her meds in the pharmacy bottle. The doctor's office called them in and I logged into the Safeway Pharmacy app. I received timely updates on both the order being received and then ready for pick-up, all within a few hours. The process was simple and took away a lot of stress with my daughter being over 1000 miles away from home. Thank you!

We drove out to Winter Park to stay for a couple of days. We sadly forgot our dogs important medication and our vet was able to call it to the pharmacist at Safeway. I called because it was close to their closing time. Maggie was super helpful and because of the type of medication (for seizures) she put a rush on it. Then when we went to pick it up (the price was insane, $100 more than we usually pay). Maggie was able to get it down to what we normally pay our vet. Extra and above what I was expecting.

So sweet and wonderful for seeing how sick I was and filling my medications so quickly and so close to closing. Can't express how grateful I am to the pharmacist and techs.

I had the opposite of Ms. Chacon's experience. Two pharmacy techs--also three years ago--were very helpful and bent over backwards to get information from my doctor and regular pharmacy back home. Then, when I balked at the price, one of the techs called my pharmacy back home and matched the price. I couldn't have asked for more.

I went here to get my Covid 19 Booster and had a wonderful experience. Jessica the pharmacist explained everything to me, was very understanding and caring!

I've used to Safeway pharmacy as my pharmacy for 5 years now. Jessica is my favorite pharmacist she takes very good care of you and treats you with care and respect.

Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve been short-staffed lately due to the pandemic so they deserve to be cut some slack.

Always helpful and friendly staff. This place stays busy, so have some patience with them!

Wonderful pharmacy, everyone is very helpful.

A newer Safeway supermarket. Everything seemed to be in order. We picked up some basic items for meals on our trip. Deli with hot items for sale here. Pharmacy. Otherwise, an unremarkable but acceptable business.

To be fair everyone but Anna were polite to me. She is gone now I believe. After several beyond rude interactions with her I finally had to be a Karen and talk to the manager. Not long after I noticed she was gone. Nasty nasty human.

I felt the wait was long, especially since I was sent to the waiting room to wait and could hear both the pharmacist and tech having a long conversation with a local. Even went out and stood for a while, they saw me and knew I was there but continued to stand empty handed and talk. Then finally one came out to go get something and said ‘oh we forgot you were here’ sent me to stand at the desk while the pharmacist was to check my prescription, she never touched it, just signed off and walked away. I was visibly sick and had trouble standing and sitting. Won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend

Believe the reviews. If the “rude” pharmacist was replaced they seem to have a type or there’s a severe culture problem. The pharmacy tech was equally as rude as the pharmacist. It’s bad enough being sick but then to have to deal with health care workers who lack any sense or basic human compassion or empathy is unnecessary. Perhaps they get annoyed having to deal with tourists, however, we are Coloradans and will tell as many people as we can to avoid this rude place.
