From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with excellent customer service.

Out of all the hotels we booked on our vacation to NM, this was our best experience overall. From the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms AND the pool…. it was overall a great stay.

Thank you for making our stay a great experience!!!

The staff make this place a must stay! They are helpful, personable, available, and genuine. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, real pillows!!

The best part about this hotel is the restaurant! Breakfast is absolutely a MUST! Do not leave this area without eating here.

It's such a beautiful hotel in beautiful Taos. This in-hilton location is clearly a hotel that was acquired by the company. There is beauty and art in every room. Statues outside, gorgeous lighting throughout. The rooms are all outside entry style, so during the winter, you will have to brave the elements to get to your room.

The only negative is the thermostat did not work in our room. The air-condition did work, but we could not adjust it in anyway.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back next time I’m in Taos! The location is excellent and the restaurant was so good! I loved the decor - you can tell a lot of thought was put into making this hotel special.

Hospitality and wonderful service are alive and well at this Taos hotel! My husband and I were traveling from New Zealand to see my mom in Taos. We are both disabled (me walking, him visually), and our accessible room turned out to be pretty far from the main building. The night reception person, a very personable and welcoming young man named Brian/Bryan, met us at our car with a cart, loaded it up for us and helped us to our room. He also asked what day and time we would be checking out so he could make sure he, or someone else, would be there to help us when we were leaving the hotel. That was thoughtful enough, but in between, he saw us coming back from a late dinner our second night and again met us at our car and offered his assistance if we needed anything.
We were both so impressed at the kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism shown by this young man. Hilton….keep your eye on this young man because he’s the kind of employee that makes a business better! Thank you Don Fernando de Taos hotel for a great stay, and thank you Brian for giving us hope for the future of your generation!

My recent stay at Hotel Don Fernando de Taos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire experience.

I stayed in one of their suites, and I must say, it was impeccably clean and spacious. The suite provided a perfect blend of comfort and style, offering all the amenities I could ask for. Moreover, the tranquil atmosphere allowed for a restful night's sleep, undisturbed by any outside noise.

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the scenic view. Waking up to the majestic vistas of Taos was truly a breathtaking experience. Whether it was enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony or simply gazing out the window, every moment was a reminder of the beauty of nature.

The hotel's pool nanotorium was another pleasant surprise. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a serene oasis where I could unwind and relax after a day of exploring the area.

Great location. Rooms were fantastic. Check in lady Saturday was fantastic. The morning check out was a bit on the cranky side though.

Very charming adobe style hotel with several amenities such as a large indoor pool wonderful restaurant and cozy charming lobby. Cons: the rooms are located in separate cabanas so you have to go outside from the lobby to get to your rooms. There is no elevator for second floor rooms and stairs are outside. Prepare to bake or freeze depending on time of year. Room doors are not reliable and ours seemed not safe because of poor maintenance. Lobby entrance had a bad smell like pesticides. Service person at desk when we got there was not too friendly... Town had a water problem at the time we were there so water was cut off from 9am to 1pm no showering was possible at that time. This was a city problem. 😳

Beautiful lobby, seating, bar area, buffet area, breakfast , work out areas very clean and so was their laundry room. They charge $25 per animal per night. Not a lot of outside trash receptacles so you’ll have to walk around to find somewhere to throw your dogs poop bags in. Bring your own bags.

Our stay was mostly great. A few cobwebs in the room alarmed my spouse but no other sign of any insects. Brittany provided amazing service in the bar and food was good. We will definitely stay here again

Well run hotel with very accommodating staff. Very fair pricing for what you get. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely maintained. Front desk staff was always ready to assist. The dining room offered a good variety of foods, and it came out hot and nicely presented. Their coffee was very good and it was complementary!

I have to say Renée saved the day for us on our trip. I had a meeting smack in the middle of the afternoon and she made it happen. Thanks so much and sorry this is late getting posted. Work was piling up on our trip.

Thanks to all the staff this place was so great. The lounge has a perfect vibe and style. The office are is perfect for knocking out some late night or early morning stuff and the coffee was out early which was super helpful!

The only thing, was the fitness center water cooler was meh. and out of order. But I won't ding any stars because Renée was just amazing.

Thanks again!

I had a great stay at Hotel Don Fernando de Taos. Everything was clean and inviting from the moment I stepped into the lobby to check-in. The staff was extremely friendly and despite there being an event going on in the restaurant area, it was very spacious and the check-in process was seamless. It must have been an off time when I arrived (very end of April) as there were very few guests. I was able to park my car right by my room which made bringing luggage in and out quite simple. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was also great - I felt like I had access to plenty of places to eat and visit. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in Taos.

For such an affordable price I thought it would be a regular place. The staff were Warm and friendly. Bar was never crowded and was hospitable as well. I could tell the room staff took great pride in their work. Best hotel room around 100 I've EVER been in. Shower had glass sliding door and living room area was totally separate from the bedroom. This was a small apartment. Not a hotel room ! We had full control over the interior thermastat of both rooms. Asthetics were superior. Wife was really happy with my pick of place to stay while we visited Taos. Thank you.

We lived here for Christmas family trip and ski in nearby ski resorts. The hotel was very nice, in convenient location, and overall excellent experiences. The hotel has good taste of New Mexico styles, with two-story condo buildings and the room was very clean. All the staffs are friendly and helpful to our needs. We liked the breakfast menu and services too. This hotel really provided us one of the best memories at Taos, a lovely ski town.
