Tim's Territory

Tim's Territory is dedicated to the memory of Tim Lynn Rau of Grandby, Colorado. He always had a positive attitude and loved the outdoors.

His park has a nice ski lift bench, massive picnic table, and short trails to wander throughout his territory.

We welcome people with dogs - 6 acres dedicated to memory of Tim Rau. This was where he learned to run and explore as a kid and features trails and a small seasonal creek running thru willows down the center. Critters like deer and moose love it! Plenty of places to be a kid like a converted ski chair swing and large fire ring near the picnic table as well as mud... We pack the trail in winter as well for walkers, snowshoers or skiers.

Tim's territory is great. It was a excellent choice for my grandpa's memorial service and seeing family and friends that I haven't seen in forever. The weather was great too!
