Gulf Oaks RV Park & Smuggler's Cove Marina

Re located to Panama City area for work and we are full timers and needed somewhere ASAP, Jenn was booked but after talking and explaining the situation she made it happen and here we are few months later and endless time to come. Contacted the campground and Jenn did everything possible to make it work and provide us a safe place to call home. She is wonderful with checking in on you, making sure everything is going ok, very respectful and responsive to communication. The campground sits on the canal area which is beautiful to walk along or watch the sunset/sunrise. She I Always finding ways to provide fun and memories for children. It’s a very small knit type of family campground. Definitely pleased with our time. Jenn is definitely what makes the campground.

We love everything about this campground. The views are breathtaking (we watch dolphins from our living room window), the playground is perfect for kids to run and play safely, the other residents are friendly, but Jennifer is probably the best thing here. She’s made us feel welcomed and loved. 10/10 we highly recommend!!

Jenn is the most amazing woman. We showed up during busy season (after a last minute job relocation) and every RV park turned us away. I explained our situation to Jenn and even though she was fully booked, she welcomed us in and found space for us. She was an absolute blessing and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We've stayed here since mid May and have absolutely loved it here. The campground host (Jennifer) has been the sweetest most helpful host we've ever had. I'm really going to miss seeing her smiling face around the campground as we have to move on. Thank you for being so helpful and caring during our stay. God bless you.

Excellent little park with picturesque views. Convenient to the beaches. My wife and I stayed here several months while on assignment. The host, Jen, is wonderful to work with and very welcoming!!

We absolutely love this campground. Very family friendly my kids have easily found kids to play with. Jennifer is so awesome. It’s pretty close to shopping centers and local entertainment.

I absolutely love my little spot here! Cute, quaint and right on the bay. Great manager Jennifer! The place is clean, quiet and it has a very jovial community atmosphere. Great place to fish or just sit and look at the bay. I see dolphins often! Price point is great as well! The only thing, to me, that it's lacking is a bathhouse. A bathhouse would be phenomenal! They are in the process of building a new laundry facility. I highly recommend this place! I mean, I chose to live here and I'm pretty dang picky!

Jennifer was very polite and professional from the moment I arrived! She left an excellent first impression as well as a lasting impression! Customer satisfaction is obviously a top priority. The only reason I gave her five stars is because google doesn’t allow ten! Highly recommend for business or pleasure! Family oriented spacious RV Park with every amenity you’ll ever need. Pet friendly, with beautiful picturesque views of the bay. Great area close to everything you want for a vacation yet far enough away from the everyday hustle and bustle of the beach!

We stayed at gulf oaks for 3.5 months and it was a great RV park. Doesn’t have the crowdedness of resorts. Quiet and friendly people. The owner, Jennifer, is very nice. Laundry facility was super clean. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Jen is amazing! She is always on top of things, even down to the tiny details. We are working in the area and the rv park is ideal for weekend trips to the beach. 20 minutes to Mexico beach, but Crooked Island Beach is closer on the air force base. St. Andrew's has some great food and boutique stores.

The marina at Gulf Oaks often has dolphins! Small rv park but friendly and relaxed. Safe for families.

Can't say enough good things about this RV park. Love that is not in the middle of town yet close enough to everything you need.The lots are nicely spaced. Love the manager Ms.Jenn she goes above and beyond for all her campers

I’ve been at Gulf Oaks since the end of August and plan to be here until at least May, if not longer. I am a local and love the park. The people long term and short term have been nothing, but nice and I feel safe here. There’s also a playground and fishing dock! The Manager Jennifer is the absolute best! She’s helped me when I had no clue what I was doing! (Im new to the RV life lol) I would 100% recommend this park to any one traveling or wanting to be stationary!

Very welcoming host! Love Jennifer, she really take good care of the place and her guest. She has varies functions all the time to bring the community together.

I absolutely and utterly love staying here. Amazing neighbors, quiet and peaceful at nighttime and best of all the property manager Jen is downright heaven sent. Willing to help with anything and to make sure your stay here is nothing short of wonderful- I would suggest anyone to stay at Smuggler’s Cove, especially if you enjoy sitting by the water and good people!

We were here for 5 months and have nothing but good things to say. The manager, Jennifer, is so helpful and such a wonderful host. The campground was one of my favorite that we have stayed in. The bay is right there and the beach is just down the road. We truly hated to leave and will definitely be back. Another plus is you are close enough to PCB but don't have all the traffic. Definitely a 5 star for us.

We can see all of the work the new owner is doing with the seawall reconstruction and RV site rebuilding after the hurricane damage.

In our travels across the US we've seen many nice RV parks. We see how beautiful your park is becoming again. The waterfront is beautiful with a million dollar view. Sitting on the bench I envisioned some wonderful amenities drawing people in to camp here, like a picnic area, tiki hut or campfire ring with log seating around it. Horseshoes or corn hole would be fun games.The possibilities are endless. I know I look for nature and water views when researching a park on the web.

And we appreciated having a little space between us and our neighbors, as sometimes we've stayed in terribly cramped sites. We would love to come back when it's all finished.

Jennifer, you have been a delight, so helpful and caring. You helped us from our first call, scheduling, parking in a good site at arrival, and coordinating fun activities for us adults and kids. Thank you!

The management of this RV park is professional and kind. She is truly a good person and she's honest. This RV park is right on the harbor with a beautiful view and a swing overlooking the harbor where you can go relax and watch the sunset after a hard day's work. Then you have a nice park across the street where you can watch the sun rise.
I highly recommend this place and they are always improving themselves.

Great little hideaway on the bay! Hurricane Michael did a great job tearing it down but the new ownership is doing an even better job building it back up. Jenny the manager is friendly, attentive and the neighbors are all great. Stay for a few days, a month or even become a full -timer.. You’l be happy with your choice.

Fishing Heaven. The management and staff have done a monumental job turning this place around. Having the dock and water front for amazing sunsets is priceless. I've personally seen dolphins on four occasions in the bayou in the last month. Abundant fish and crabs within reach. Miss Jenn goes way beyond her job making guests feel welcome. PC's hidden gem. I'd call it home.

We travel quite a bit for work and have stayed in many campgrounds along the way and this was a great place to spend several months. Jennifer the campground manager was by far the most attentive and courteous management we’ve dealt with going above and beyond the “norm”. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here.
