Publix Pharmacy at Crystal Springs Shopping Center

I must say, usually go into a pharmacy is not a very good experience but, the girls at work here are always super sweet and extremely fast. I’ve always been shocked by how quick they get my orders finished and they do it with a smile. Have to give it a good shout out to them. Thank you.

I will always use this publix, not only cause it's close to home.. but the staff are the best, I mean beyond words the best.
They're so helpful, and do evening in their power to get the best price for you.
I can never thank them enough for all they've done for me and my kids.

Have been using this pharmacy for years and never had a negative thing ever come up. If I was to run out of one of my medications they have always give me medication till the doctor would call in. It was for blood pressure medication that I had been taking for a long time. Special orders have never taken more than 24hour turn around. Always been a friendly and helpful store. Thanks Publix.

This Publix store deserves 5 stars all day long. Especially the pharmacy. To bad more people don't appreciate the staff and treat them like garbage. If it wasn't for people in this I dustry we would have starved to death.

For the most part this is a well run friendly pharmacy. No business is perfect but they really try hard! The staff are all friendly and helpful

The Publix in Crystal River used to be the only game in town, now it is really falling apart, due to major competition from a new WalMart Superstore that opened in nearby Homosassa, and another new WalMart that will open this year very nearby to this store. There are now several competing grocery stores in the area that have better prices.
As if competition wasn't bad enough, Publix has been in the process of changing its store design and has totally changed its layout. This week I went to this store several times and was shocked to find that within one 24 hour period a lot of common products were totally moved around, for the second time in one week. When I went to the store's fancy new customer service desk I asked where to find the eggs and was misdirected because the location had changed overnight. I went back to the service desk and told her where to find the eggs.
On my most recent visit today I was looking for the ingredients for a special recipe and I finally had to resort to going to a competitor down the street where I knew the layout and was able to go right to what I wanted.
In my opinion this store is on its way OUT because it is inconveniencing customers by making it hard to find anything and due to lower-priced competition.

Pharmacy staff are not friendly. Have told the staff numerous times to place refills on auto refill, but still have to call them in and wait days to pick up

Rude nasty and extremely unhelpfull all three broads at this Publix pharmacy location make you feel stupid and lies that was funny I been using them for years this little snot is telling me I haven't been there before lmfao

Used to be OK, at least just slightly below average. Going south fast. Among other things, if you don't know what Bridge Access Program is then look it up, ask CDC, and/or read the news (hope there's someone over there who knows how to read).
