I called to ask about the part needed. Mark counseled a different one, better for me and less money. I appeared at the store and they had the better part. Provided it and checked it out on my car and charged me less. And they were courteous and engaging too. Wow! I’m a happy customer.

I judge a company by how they handle a problem. I had an issue with a part not fitting my car right and they sent me a return label and issued a full refund with no hassle whatsoever. It may have been that my car had been slightly damaged making the part not fit but they didn’t question that. It didn’t fit so to them that was all they needed to know. They will get all my future business.

They replaced the wheel hub for my 2023 model 3. They were fast and affordable.

I visit them almost every day and buy a lot of spare parts. The approach to the client is excellent, they always offer drinks if you need to wait. Help with loading. . Good approach to packaging, spare parts are not damaged during transportation. The manager is always in touch, and often gives the right tips because he is well acquainted with what he sells. In a word, professionals!

I had a Cracked sunroof window, the guys at the shop were so helpful in getting me the exact replacement part. I definitely felt welcome and would definitely do business with them again. Great service very knowledgeable staff
