Phillips 66

This is one of the most amazing gas stations I have ever been to. As you can see, I got my big gulp cup filled up here for only a dollar. It was a life-changing experience. The clerk was friendly, and the price was very reasonable. If you go on US 40 please stop by here and tell them DieselDucy sent you.

Maybe it is because I am a pretty frequent customer, but I seem to always receive pretty great customer service. The two women who work there are always friendly to me, seem to be busy working, and almost every time will have me rolling laughing about something before I leave. And the fellow, Bret, that works there has answered more than a few car questions for me. The owner pleasantly greets me and remembers me whenever I have stopped in, when he is there.

I have found the prices for goods here typical of the region and they do a great job of carrying a wide selection and staying stocked. I just stopped in a few days back and they added more snack options it seemed.

I think they do a pretty great job at this little mom n pop type gas and goods store. My only gripe was/is having regularly set hours to rely on it being open, as like most businesses, CO-VID affected operating hours and it seemingly is improving recently.

I will stop in gladly many more times to come, no doubt!

Pricey pricey

Just. WOW. The attendee (owner?) initiated an entirely unnecessary verbal confrontation over an innocent misunderstanding of the contradictory and confusing signage posted.

AVOID THIS STOP. Take your business elsewhere with customer service and polite manners.

This gas station blows. Every time I’ve gone in here the guys manning the place seem to be offended at having a customer. I will never willingly stop at this gas station. I think they’re crotchety from all the ski traffic going through empire but that’s gotta be like 90% of their business. So 🤷‍♂

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Customer service was horrible.
