Phantom Fireworks of Toledo

Honestly, I didn't visit this place, 3 weeks ago, but I have visited it in the past and of course, it's been 5 stars every time. To the customers at this store, shine bright but keep safety above everything else.

I have been to a lot of Fireworks stores over the years, in Ohio & just North into MI, but last few years I find myself returning to this Phantom Fireworks. I find it is because of a few obvious things, like customer comfort. The A/C is running enough you are never feeling the heat outside, they have employees that registers open as lines grow longer and most important: they ask if they can help without having an attitude, like it's your fault they have work.
And the quality of products is always top-notch. So I highly recommend a drive to The Phantom Fireworks store right by Toledo Express.

Decent deals when you sign up for free membership. Helpful and friendly staff. Hours are great around the firework holidays.

Be prepared to have ID scanned and to fill out paperwork when you enter. Store was easy to get through and lots of firework options.

I was surprised. It was a good experience. I started off at miller fireworks but I thought the price was kind of high. So, I thought I'd check out this place. They were much more reasonable and they had a ton more fireworks to choose from. The employees were of a much higher caliber as well. They seemed happy, professional and helpful. I bought the phantom brand mortar rounds. Single and triple shots. They were high quality with a beautiful display. All of the single rounds worked. I finished with the triple rounds. I would say I had 95% success. A few of them didn't ignite the third round. Very pleased though. The family loved them. I will be back next year.

Customer service was great, however the prices were little to high for me.

Went In racked up 1100 in product. The cashier takes 50% off and made my entire night. This is their deal(spend 900 or more and get 50%off). Well worth it, we had a spectacular light show. Kids were amazed and it went off flawlessly.

Love this place! Wonderful atmosphere! Packed due to covid a long line but it moved very fast! Great work keep it up! Also make sure you have a mask!

Fhantom Fireworks is a great place, obviously to buy fireworks. I honestly don't believe in wasting souch money on fireworks, but some people just love fireworks. Fhantom Fireworks is a very good place to purchase all types of fireworks, so if you love fireworks, go to Phantom Fireworks.

Great customer service. Good selection to pick from. Safety is top concern here.

This place had alot of inventory but some of there stuff was limited to two per check out, l was pleased with the things I got.

They have EVERYTHING! we looked everywhere for gender reveal bombs and they had a big variety of gender reveal stuff
