There's a woman mail carrier that delivers our mail. She is an amazing person who I've never had the pleasure of meeting, yet. She delivers our mail, then walks over to our fence and says, 'hello' to our 2 St. Bernards, German Shepherd and our Pitbull. She takes the time out of her busy route to visit with our furbabies and when we see her saying hello, it makes my husband and I feel so blessed that she's our mail carrier. This woman is so special to us and the funny thing is, she doesn't even know it. I hope, that someday very soon, I'll be able to meet her and thank her for her wonderful job at delivering our mail, but most of all, how incredibly kind she is by making friends with our furbabies. They all get so excited to see her coming and run to the fence to see her.

It was a cold and rainy April morning, I entered the post office and I was greeted by a man, a really tall man, I'll just call him Tall Guy, he was very personable. Tall guy noticed the perplexity that was written all over my face as I was trying to figure out what shipping box to use for my pet Toucan, Pete. He asked if I needed assistance so I let him know my dilemma, he seemed to be quite sure that I could not ship Pete to Arizona to visit his Toucan relatives. Thanks to Tall Guy I don't have a dead Toucan, it's so refreshing to find someone so well versed in bird law, thank you tall guy.

Postal clerk was direct. I am surprised that I can no longer mail a musical birthday card as a card. It is now considered a package, and price starts at $5.00. Ridiculous.

Nicest people! Super friendly. They always try to help me ship things inexpensively. Best local post office! I live in a nearby town and drive to mg due to customer service.

My USPS driver refuses often to not deliver any packages. Some days she chooses too, other days she doesnt. No rhyme or reason, she would rather put the delivery attempt in my mail box with some bogus reason for not driving up my drive. She either puts rough driveway, or dog. My drive is smooth and my dog can't even get to the driveway due to the wireless collar he has on. And he is super friendly! Example: I recieved a delivery attempt in my mailbox on friday, no attempt Saturday or now today monday. I called the post office, spoke with a lady who could care less about you or your package, like talking to a wall.. It is tiring and frustrating dealing with inconsistency. I have watched from my house, my USPS driver leave mail in the mailbox, go down and get the mail to find a delivery attempt notice..HOW! anyways I know this review will not change anything but it is my way to vent. I give 2 stars due too sometimes the earth and moon aligns and no issues occur.

They let packages sit when , my package got to there place at 8:00 in the morning An was expected to be delivered on same day but didn’t receive till the following Monday , lady behind the counter would let me pick up my package either , told me they aren’t allowed to do that unless I ask for it to be held !!!!!

Every encounter I have had with this post office has been negative. would give ZERO stars if I could. They are just RUDE. PERIOD. In person, over the phone, rude people. They treat you as if you are an inconvenience. They either lack the ability (which would be from lack of training), or the care to answer simple questions. You'd be better off using a different location for ANYTHING. Not to mention they can't even do the bare minimum which is deliver mail to the correct address.

So they put a letter in are mailbox saying mailbox needs attention when they are the ones who broke are mailbox so we get a new mailbox and they still won't deliver are mail which is a joke like how can u not see its a new mailbox.. and the worker when I picked up are mail at the post office was not ever nice..

Waiting 15 minutes for service window to open. Supposed to open at 8:30am and still hadn't opened at 8:46 until I knocked on the window. Carrier refuses to even ATTEMPT to leave packages on porch. Husband is working from home and office overlooks driveway and porch. I was told the carrier doesn't want to back down the long driveway. There are no safety concerns backing down our driveway. We are in the country and there are no children to run over. It is just long. If they lack these basic driving skills should they even be driving a mail truck? This attitude is creating unnecessary personal interactions when I have to go to the post office to get packages which are a concern during COVID distancing. This lack of service and consideration is why people are choosing other mail services.

The staff don't understand how international shipping works, don't know how a packing slip works, and refuse to accommodate people with anything short of the bare minimum required for shipping. Wouldn't even give me a marker to more easily write information on a cardboard package.

I have had my share of issues but the COVID pandemic is just giving them a reason to be lazy. I recently ordered something off of Ebay from PA so it should have been to my house within a week. I kept forgetting to check on it so did this morning. It was out for delivery on 5 Jun but couldn't be delivered (I guess maybe my gate was closed?), the website said it would be delivered next business day. It is June 15th! I called and spoke to Dana who said they wouldn't just redeliver, they would leave a card. I told her I don't believe I got a card, but your website says...and she rudely cut me off and asked my address (the website says will attempt delivery next business day). She found the package and asked if I wanted it delivered or will I pick it up? I want it delivered, or course, so we'll see what happens. Also, most carriers fly down my driveway like it is a city street. I have cattle, dogs and chickens, some of which free range and they should use some caution. Not to mention that gravel isn't cheap and the mail trucks going 25 mph fling the gravel off the drive and into the grass. These guys have no clue. A neighbor 4 miles away mailed me a card that was postmarked 22 May and I got it 6 June! A turtle could have gotten it here quicker. I could go on, but I'll stop because I know it won't do any good.

Grumpy employees. No smile. No manners. Very uncomfortable interactions. I do not know why customer service is not a top priority anymore. Witnessed employee yelling at customer on phone and then throwing the cordless phone down. Need to retire or take their mood stabilizers.

Not only do they never want to deliver a package to my porch they shove what they can in the mailbox and refuse to deliver the rest because there is 'no turn around' at the end of the driveway. Except that during the day there is no one home so you can turn around without backing up they just don't want to do it. I went yesterday to get mail and a magazine I order was in the middle of my driveway covered in mud and wet where it had just been thrown (my driveway is after you pass the mailbox) When you call the lady is just as rude! She has 0 desire to help just wants you off the phone. They give 0 cares and it shows sadly.
