Stephen Fisher, DO, FACOS

Dr Fisher is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He takes the time that is needed to address any questions or concerns and explains why the treatment route. He is suggesting that it’s taken is the best option. Not fun being in the ER or having surgery but it was comforting that it was done by a surgeon who knew what he was doing. He also makes a point o following up with patients on a daily basis in the hospital.

Very happy and impressed with my mother's emergency room visit, soon as she arrived they were taking care of her, Kudos to the staff. Dr. Fisher did surgery. Professional, Caring, Explain things well Checked on her several times and even came to speak to me before taking her home.

My husband needed an emergency appendectomy yesterday. Dr. Fisher was excellent. He explained everything throughly and was very professional.We were in and out of the hospital in 5 hours. Fantastic treatment by All the Docs, nurses and staff!!!!

I've never had surgery experience in my life nor sleeping a night in the hospital before I was rushed to Avita emergency due to acute appendicitis (knock on wood, I prayed that would be the last). When I heard that they need to remove my appendix I was a wrecked, and was so scared.
So getting a very good surgeon matters most to me, coz I don't wanna suffer any complications or the likes. Doctor Fisher, did great job, so does the anesthesiologist named Jennifer Gency. My operation was quick, only took about 50 mins. and went home after. With no complications and was able to play back to golf after 5 weeks. The rest of the staff that day that took care of me, thank you all so much.

Dr Fisher performed my colonoscopy and the entire process was very professional and without complications. The OR staff nurses and anesthesia at Bucyrus Hospital were excellent. Dr. Fisher was caring, competent and had a great bedside manner.
I will return to him for any future surgical needs.

After making a trip to the ER and being admitted Dr Fisher did my surgery the next day and was fabulous! Very informative and personable. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. Not responsive of medicine requests. Not respectful of people’s religions. Rude staff. Overall lack of communication. While Dr Fisher seems to be a good surgeon, he doesn’t communicate about options or what to expect after surgery. Seeking other options myself, would not recommend this Dr or office.

I had to wait over an hour in the exam room not counting the rudeness of the staff
