Dell's Homemade Ice Cream & Coffee

Where do I begin? I have been to Dells many many times. It is my pick me up when I’m down. I sit in my car in the parking lot, and eat my sorrows away.

Now to the review: their butter pecan ice cream is the best I have ever had. I simply can’t eat ice cream from any other place now. Everything else just isn’t worth the calories. I typically get a butter pecan waffle cone, but today I finally realized if I get my cone on the side, I can drive home and eat! Most of the times, there’s enough pecans. There’s only been maybe 3 times in which there were hardly pecans. So, since I’m a frequent customer, I just told them that and the employees made sure there were enough pecans. In fact, I know they started to recognize I was the butter pecan person, which was not a good thing. 🤦‍♀. That’s how many times I’ve had this delicious icecream. I really can’t vouch for the other flavors because I haven’t tried them.

On a trip to NJ, we walked past a local icecream shop that had a long line out the door. It was nothing compared to Dells! Jeni’s is nothing to Dells.

They have sit down, drive thru and take out. The coffee is very tasty and lots of options. The ice cream is made in house and has a deep buttermilk taste and creaminess. Lots of different flavors. Tuesday the second Sunday is 50% off. Great place to stop in and open year round.

This ice cream will change your life!!! My life is now divided into two chapters. Pre and post Dell’s Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream. The goodness cannot be explained in a review but only experienced in person. I must warn you. Once you try this ice cream you will no longer be able to enjoy a store bought tub at home without dreaming about Dells……

Good location, nice space, friendly staff, and delicious homemade ice cream! Ordered a milkshake with "O-H" and "I-O" flavors mixed together and an iced pumpkin spice latte; both were incredible!

I can't get enough of this place!!! Hands down, BEST ice cream EVER!!! "OH" is my go to flavor, but I haven't met a flavor I didn't like. I usually get the 4scoop sampler which is the most economical, and you can get your favorite flavor while trying one of their seasonal ones. Their shakes are the best, especially an OH shake with a double shot of espresso 😋 I could literally live off of this place. I finally learned my lesson and started purchasing pints, in case I dont have time to make it here for a while, or if they run out of my faves.

Love this ice cream shop, everything I've tried has been fantastic. Highly recommend the ice cream sandwiches!

They have a unique way of serving what you order, not sure if it's Covid related, but still. The flavors are awesome and the price range is about average.

The staff are nice, the service is quick, but the ice cream screams the words fresh and homemade with the thick, slick and milky taste. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cold treat on a hot summer day.

Dells was a "visit on a whim" on our way home from the zoo. What a pleasant surprise! It was delicious and so creamy! Great service too!

What a hidden gem of deliciousness! Kelly was awesome! The ice cream was creamy, homemade and delicious! The portion, generous, the price reasonable and the staff so nice! And my kids LOVED the chocolate and mint ice cream sandwich! Definitely worth a stop, especially if you want a special homemade treat before or after the zoo because they are just around the corner from them! I can't wait to take the rest of my family back there. Support Local and Homemade! Enjoy!

Christmas Eve with some Vanilla Bean ice cream from Dell’s. Pretty much anytime is a great time for this ice cream!!

Vegan latte options. Nice place for younger folks to work. They train them well and they make good drinks. Only had a mistake on my drink once and I go frequently. I hope they get more flavor syrups and vegan food options soon.

the seasonal mootella was so amazing, I had to grab a pint of it. the campfire was awesome too, which was also in my sampler that I shared (4 scoops). The scoops are HUGE, and on the way out I grabbed a pumpkin cold brew and it was amazing! It was way better than starbucks, no competition. I look forward to coming back!

This place is great. I got the 4 taste sampler. It had very big scoops. All are home made hard dipped flavors. They were phenomenal. Campfire snow had pieces of torched marshmallow. Blueberry cheesecake had amazing flavor. Mango sherbet was refreshing and great mango flavor (not artificial tasting or chalky as this flavor can sometimes be) and carmel chocolate covered pretzel was delicious but a little too thick. I would definitely go again and drive from across town to do so. How have I never heard about this place. It's a hidden gem.

I’ve only had the coffee but it was better than most small coffee places I’ve had. Went on a quiet Sunday morning and the woman who made our coffee was incredibly kind and helpful for our first time there. Definitely a Gem

Editing to give recognition to your barista, Kelly. She makes the most incredible coffees. Better than starbucks. She is always willing to go above and beyond as well. Please take care of her. I will be heartbroken if she ever leaves.

This is the BEST chocolate ice cream I’ve ever had - and I don’t even like chocolate!! Super friendly staff and HUGE portions! So glad we found this on our trip to Columbus.

Molly served the best americano I have ever tasted. Really good quality coffee. She also made a mean bagel. Delicious food and even better coffee. 5/5 stars from me!

What an awesome place! We stumbled across it while attending The Memorial PGA tournament. So glad we did. Super friendly folks, huge menu, delicious ice cream and coffee. We will definitely be back in the future!
