The service is terrible here. Twice I went inside asked for a freshly made Original Chicken and that I would be willing to wait the 15-20 minutes. They made me wait then gave me a soggy pattie that's been sitting there anyway. They did this twice very dissatisfied and disappointing because I loved BK since I was a kid... do better.

Negative 0. Why the place is always either closed out of burgers or the grill is broke. Yes out of burgers at a burger place. The inside is locked so you can't go inside. the speaker at the drive Thur sometimes work. Stay away from this one. They should close this location and send the 2 people inside to another location who could use the help.

Rude food greasy and they don't speak English or Spanish the manager is like 21years old the drive through employee is just rudeee

Nos atendió mal la señora que estaba en la caja, fue grosera e insolente, se nos reía....
Además teníamos unos cupones de descuento que queríamos aplicar y nos dijo que teníamos que traerlos impresos, cuando ahi solo decía que con mostrar y leer el código era suficiente.
Sin duda no quería que aplicaremos el cupón disponible.
De todas maneras nos quedamos y comimos ahí, como cualquier mortal, pero con ese sabor a injusticia por no ser local...
