I like Tops! Decent selection of health-foods. Clean, upbeat, and not too crazy big. It's just chill and friendly in my experience.

Shopping at Tops is great, many food selection and great produce. When it gets busy not too many cashiers open, but they are working very hard and quickly. One thing that gets me is that customers aren’t bagging their own groceries, even if there are 2 or 3 people there able to pack bags. They watch the cashier pack as quickly but complain that it’s too heavy and make here in pack and then repack in a different bag. Which would make other customers wait even longer. Let the cashiers pack if you don’t want to, i’m sick and tired of reading all these reviews you have about the cashiers and how they don’t help, they get stressed too and they get help doing all this. Yes, they are low on cashiers during the day but if you can’t be patient with how they are working, go to the self check out maybe then you will be able to see what they have to deal with.

The pharmacy at the Triphammer Tops exceeds expectations! Penny and Tina go out of their way to service their customers. A big thank you for all that you do to meet the needs of the customer.

Love that their open late, makes it easy for me to get dinner after work and a couple needed groceries. Forgot to catch the woman name but she is kind, very helpful. The store is always organized and cleaned. Their fresh meals are great, although for me personally I got sick from the BBQ brisket mac n cheese. Love their fresh fruits as well.

I just want to give a shout out to the bakery for having the best donuts! Seriously.....you should go get some. They make them fresh until 8am.

I love the review down below: "It's a supermarket, they have food, and the service was fine." I think that sums it up nicely. I've shopped here many years and have frequently made personal requests of the management. They are always accommodating, but miracles they do not do. The just- out-of-high-school staff is not on the same level as the staff at the White House or Buckingham Palace. What the heck to you expect? The prices are ... well, average. Believe me, they know their competitor's prices; they have a front office and they have computers and they shouldn't be expected to price things below market value. Thank goodness. If they did low ball it, you'd have a low ball, poor quality store. I'm with the sentiment above: It's a grocery store. It's not Wegman's. But it serves the public at a level appropriate to market demands. Let's leave it at that.

I've always liked Tops, for various reasons. I've shopped at Tops stores in Ithaca NY, Geneva NY, and several Rochester NY areas.

I like to shop at Tops for a couple reasons. One is they donate money to school organizations if you purchase Tops brand products. Second, they have aisles that are clearly labeled. Finally, they do not have too many choices which is overwhelming at times. Oh and they have very friendly employees.

There is one employee who has captured my attention with her ever present smile, her eagerness to help customers and her generous spirit. Sam Spaulding, you go girl!!

The staff were super nice and opened a lane for me even though it was late and the cashier was very careful to protect the eggs and to wrap the cleaning supplies separately from the food items.

This is to Michelle that makes the wedding cakes thank you so much for all that you done going over and above to make sure my wedding cake was just right for my wedding. You definitely are a saint and tops should feel very happy to have you! Thanks again Gabe and mackenzie Newhart.

Tops has competitive prices, quality meats, and a very friendly staff. The pharmacy is excellent in terms of professional expertise and knowledgeable pharmacists.

Just the right size grocery store & has regular American food, as well as some ethnic. Gasoline prices drop by 10 cents per $100 spent there.

The store is usually well stocked. Friendly staff. Convenient and great for weekly and monthly grocery shopping.

Store was updated within the past few years and is much nicer now. If you have a Tops card you can get some great deals!

I find most products I like, and there are prices for every purse, store-brand is similar to the cheapest ones you can find. Good customer service.

One of the best quality fruits and vegetables in Ithaca along with Wegmans. Great croissants and Quattro Formaggi Pizzas

Great produce department, seems like it always has some sort of sale going on too. Nice selection of departments as well.

24 hours! Good variety of choices. Buy ice creme when it is BOGO free. Would be the best price you can buy!
