Dr. Wani takes the time to listen, she really cares about you. I find her thorough and knowledgeable. If tests need to be done, she doesn't hesitate in following through to get that done. An asset to Samaritan.

We moved here after deciding to switch doctors, and we are glad we did. The doctors are very caring, take time to listen to their patients and easy to reach if we have a question. We usually show up a couple minutes early, and get right in at our appointment time. We’ve never have to wait long in the exam room, and we’re out quickly and on with our day

Dr. Jill and her staff are as good and better than anything you will find at Samaritan or elsewhere in Watertown. I go to this office regularly and would be hard pressed to find anything to complain about. I visit a lot of medical practitioners. Everybody seems to be on the ball to me. A+

Both Dr. Laureano and Dr. Tiernan are good doctors. I have always felt comfortable discussing any issues with either of them. They have a good sense of humor which helps put you at ease.

The office is a new building and very clean and modern.

The staff is always very courteous and helpful.

They will really try to get you seen as soon as possible, sometimes the next day. This one appointment I had, I was 15 minutes late and although I couldn't be seen when I got there (understandably so), the receptionist was able to get me in later that day. I really appreciate that.

They tend to get me in quickly, I only wait maybe 10 minutes, if that to be called back and once the nurse is done, maybe 10 more minutes for the doctor, which is pretty fast in my opinion.

I really like them and I highly recommend them!

You guys are so sweet

I went in for back problems hoping for an adjustment. All I got were disappointing questions on if I wanted to quit smoking, and did I get the covid shot yet. No concern for my back, and a big bill, regardless of only visiting once, and having good insurance. There's no call to make sure your still aware of your next visit, but they will punish you if you miss it. Bad business practice.
