"I had a wonderful experience at Panera today, thanks to Tom. He was incredibly friendly and efficient, even with a busy line. Tom took the time to explain the promotions and made sure I got the best deal. His positive attitude and professionalism made my visit very pleasant. I appreciate his excellent service and look forward to coming back

The manager (been at Panera for 14 yrs) at this location is amazing. She is a very compassionate person who gave me a hug after hearing that our weekend was not the greatest due to a family medical emergency. Such kindness from a stranger is amazing.

Great experience. Salad was delicious! It must have been obvious it was my first time in as the owner(?) or manager gave me directions to pick up my order. He was cleaning and talking to everyone that came in.

I used to work here 2 years ago and i came in today with my son and had dinner. It seemed like everything was very calming and relaxing and even with my 2 year old crazy toddler my food still came out hot and on time. Thanks 👍

great place for a light meal!. Everything has a slightly higher price but the quality is good

This is a great restaurant with great friendly staff. My friend and I ofren come and sit and eat and get on the wifi and work online. Hope was the manager on tonight,and because I have a panera card (I recommend this highly) she could find me to call me because I had left my wallet. Honest, and kind! Devin checked me out and he's a sweetheart of a kid I know from substitute teaching, hope he does well. If you come to Watertown, stop at Panera for great food and great staff. Thank you so much, Hope!!

This is my wife's favorite restaurant, and though I admit it's not mine (just not my go to type of food), this place is pretty good. I do love the atmosphere and healthy food options, too.

The service is always friendly and the food is great. I had my first problem today and even that wasn't a big deal because of the way they handled it. I ordered a family meal and they missed an item. Before I even finished unpacking the meal at home they called me, apologized and made it right.

Five stars because the Green Goddess salads and Roasted Turkey avocado BLTs were loaded as they should be. The service was slow slow slow, but that is true every time I have not tipped in advance - I have been testing speed vs tip/no tip - still have issues tipping for a take-out order without service!

The employees in the front r such a joy! They kept us smiling they were very respectful and the smoothies r to die for oh my heavens! Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

Great food and service! The resteraunt was a bit crowded for a bit, but it was the lunch hour when a friend and I decided to dine in. The service was great, the bbq chicken sandwich on flatbread was great- stuffed with spinach leaves, but I love spinach so I didn't mind at all! I've had better Caesar salad but it was still worth 4 stars to me.
5 stars for the sandwich! They did give me a knife and spoon instead of a fork, but gladly and promptly replaced it! The brownie was a bit dry, but still excellent as well. It is a bit pricy but we both ate a 3 course lunch for ~$24.00- same thing you might pay at other dine in spots.
Definitely will go here again!

Original order was for rapid pick up; 10 minutes. I waited well over an hour. Sandwich was just ok. Had probably 2 pcs of steak. I understand prices are way up, but it's gotten crazy.

Last time I g out this was at the airport like 3 months ago here’s som rating never had it the first time was at the airport and it was good

The service was top notch great. Had a spinach bacon souffle which tasted very good. The lady cashier was very polite and professional. Overall, great service.

Always enjoy having a place in Watertown that serves quality food and doesn't push you out the door as soon s you are finished. Very relaxed atmosphere, go there often for luncheons or dinner get-togethers with friends.
