The staff at Samaritan Pulmonology are always so welcoming. There is very little wait time getting in and out for appointments. Marcus Knapp is warm and friendly. He answers any questions you have, and listens to any concerns I may have.

I start out with Ashley..she is the best. Her smile and warmth helps me to relax. She is my cheerleader. Encourages me to finish strong with my testing..she's always positive and and uplifting...A+in my book

Dr. Sears is my Dr.and she has helped me so much..she has alot of knowledge about my issues and puts me at ease with how we are going to treat it...she listens and very understanding. Just love her and respect her and is a wonderful Dr..I would recommend highly for any Pulmonary needs.. Great office!

Very pleasant and personable staff. Very nice waiting room and exam rooms. Explanations and follow up information and instructions well done. Choices offered when able. Very good experience over all.
Nothing negative to say except that you could lose a pet or small child in the potholes in the parking lot.

Dr Kramer is wonderful. He has the best personality and listens to you and answers any questions you may have.
The office staff is great as well.

Staff is always very pleasant and everyone is very professional. They make you feel very comfortable. It is always very clean and appointments are always on time or a bit early. I love the fact that someone walks you into your waiting room then escorts you out.

Today, I noticed everyone was so respectful, helpful, cordial, professional…It felt good to be there with “happy”, caring staff.. At a lot of drs’ offices, the staff are grumpy and seemingly uncaring.. It was refreshing to be there, today . The staff was very receptive and Jody was very thorough, informative, empathetic and professional during my visit… Appreciated very much her assessment and referral and treatment plan… …
