Very friendly. Was overdue for my check up and they got me in right away. Cleaned and tested everything and got me in and out rather quickly. Looking forward to working with the new folks there.

I am very satisfied with the service. I was due for a hearing test. It was done in a timely manner. All personnel are very friendly and caring. Very short waiting room time.

While visiting from Florida, my husbands hearing aid broke. We were in a panic and called Watertown hearing aid center. It needed to be mailed out and all went well.
