Weider's Ace Hardware - Honeoye Falls

RAVE RAVE....I'm tired of the big box stores and am shopping at Ace store more and more. I like walking in and being actually welcomed by staff and asked if I need help. Today I used their services to fix a lock....they made a house call, squeezed me in and got it done at a fair, affordable price. The owner has been in the HF store for years....its truly small town, buy I love the Brighton store also....easy in and out, and it surprising how much stuff they fit in there! I'm a fan for life now. I'm posting this for both stores. Make them your first call if you need help...

This place has all the little things you might need—or forget to get—at the other stores. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable! The only issue I’d have is pricing, but for a small town and small location it makes sense.

Much better selection for hard to find parts and knowledge staff don't know why I don't go to Ace more but will from now on thank you for your help and great service

Love this place as I live in Lima and a stones throw away to convenience matched with a store that has the best employees. " Brad is awesome" and has helped me a bunch and is one of the many great people there. I pop in for basic home improvements and " too big for me" jobs and always receive the best advice and troubleshooting. Today at the register on my way out I got a great laugh with Steve as he made me laugh so well and it was much needed. Thanks guys ..keep it up

Great small town hardware store. They seem to have most of what you need for being a smaller store. It's an easy place to help a small business rather than a big box home improvement store.

The young lad helped me find some new bits for my drill. I had a project going and the star head screws needed a bit. He was very helpful.

I like shopping here for my hardware and home improvement needs. They have a good selection of items and I can always find exactly what I'm looking for. Their prices are reasonable. A big plus about this place, for me, is the friendly and helpful staff, they always answer any questions and are knowledgeable. Check Weider's out and you'll probably agree. Highly recommend.

I picked this Ace from out of town because it had everything I needed for my project right in the store. Using the app to order and picking up the next day was easy and I didn't have to search the store for what I needed.

Good old fashioned hw store. One of the few left. Got the older knowledgeable folks and the young bucks learning. Just like the old days. I try to buy from these guys but it's tough to justify the 38 min drive for a few bolts. I did just buy a saw there and I am very happy with it. They have a nice selection of stuff for a small store.

This place is the best! You will not believe what they fit in this store, it has everything for your house, but more importantly the staff is very knowledgeable, welcomes you to the store, always ask if you need help, and is fully staffed. We use them for electrical, plumbing, screws, cleaning supplies, special batteries, Traeger supplies, Benjamin Moore paint, grass seed, fertilizer, tools, lawnower, and Red Bulls. Much preferred over the big boxes.

Great store. Has most items and is easier than driving all the way to Lowe’s or HD. Sometimes find good weekly deals too. Most items are slightly higher priced than the big box stores or Amazon but the convenience is worth it. Also just found out they will ship your UPS packages too.

Best hardware store on the planet! I went out of my way to go there today, passing two other local hardware stores because I knew they would have the selection and (more importantly) the knowledge to (once again) solve an unusual problem I was facing. Their friendliness (great customer service) and depth of knowledge is unsurpassed by any hardware store in the Rochester area.

I brought in a broken window from a 35 year old mobile home on Monday. The man at the service counter says "It needs X,Y and Z" I said OK and paid the bill. I was told it would probably be ready on Friday which was not a problem. I get a call on Wednesday morning saying the window is ready for pickup, and you didn't need "Z" so we will refund you for that. I thought that showed a lot of honesty from him. He could have just kept quiet and nobody would be the wiser. I really appreciate this kind of action when there is so much dishonesty and deceit in this world. The window was done well too. I will recommend them whenever I can. And do business there when I can.

Awesome! It's cramped, in a small space, BUT, it's very clean & organised. They have anything you need to do your projects. The staff is very knowledgeable about the placement of, what you need to accomplish, & friendly! Service w/ a smile is always nice to experience. The parking is ample & free.

Every time I go here a staff member stops what they're doing to offer to help me. Outstanding selection for it's tiny size. More expensive than bigger stores, but can't beat the convenience or the positive customer service

I had the best experience while trying to get an old screen patio door replaced. Everyone was super helpful. One employee even went way out of her way to help me by calling the manufacturer of the door that I bought when I couldn't get it to fit properly. I had problems installing the door by myself and was afraid I'd end up bending the frame or just installing it incorrectly. I called to ask about hiring someone to install it and one of their handymen came to my house the next day and installed the door. I very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

I love walking into ACE in Honeoye Falls. They offer so much for many different needs. It’s nice being a rewards customer because coupons are sent in each month within a sales pamphlet. My ACE is always clean & bright. They’ve done a wonderful job fixing 2 of my window screens. The offering for bird lovers is great from feeders to many types of bird food. It’s also very convenient they are a UPS drop off location which I utilize. My favorite employee is Lorie at the front desk. She is always helpful & greets me with a smile :)
