The staff is friendly to me 9 times out of 10. The other 1 time, they're not rude but just seem tired. Staff is always helpful when I can't find something. One time I was just about to get in line (only a handful of items) and the person ahead of me was checking out, with no one else in store. There was one other employee there at the time who left their cleaning station to cash me out at a different register to save me a few extra seconds. Very nice of them, I could have waited, but it was refreshing to see that even at a dollar sore, I can receive 5 star service. That's why I give them 5 stars.

Dollar General in Lima, NY had everything I needed. The employee there tonight was so friendly, courteous and polite! She made our visit a great one! As for the owner, please get the lights fixed on your signage as it reflected "DOLA NEAL” instead of Dollar General. Also, some reflectors by your entrance would keep folks from driving in the ditch.

What can I say....a dollar....a dream....whether its Rising Crust Di Giorno Pizza....Milk....OJ....Mountain Dew...BREAD!!!...Folders....Markers....Spray Bottles....TOILET PAPER DOUBLE PLY....I'm sold...Staff pleasant and helpful even when MAD BUSY!!!....Carmen D'Angelo Lima NY

It's a mess and everything is not on shelves cant even get through or look at anything on shelves need someone to really handle that store maybe someone should go check it out bc its worst dollar general I have ever seen big mess

Honeoye Falls is a village within the town of Mendon in Monroe County, New York, United States. The population was 2,706 at the 2020 census. The village includes a small waterfall on Honeoye Creek, which flows through the village and gives it its name. The name Honeoye comes from the Seneca word ha-ne-a-yah, which means lying finger, or where the finger lies. source
