I recently moved and I forgot to leave an honest review. This is hands down, the best vape store. The owners are absolutely amazing, amazing vibe, good music and amazing products. Numerous times in the past two years of living in NY have I went there to either get me a new product, where they gave excellent service and suggestions, but also to restock, and every time, they did not disappoint. I still have my Reno Zero and whenever I go back to NY, I make sure to get my products from them. Much love!

This is a sister store to the clouds over Watertown and is conveniently located near fort drum. The selection is good for all your vape needs and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable on the products they carry. Highly recommended

I've never purchased a vape product before and was looking to buy one on a small budget, the clerk Morgan was extremely helpful and showed me multiple products that fit in my price range. He showed me how each one functioned and explained the differences between them and made sure I knew what I was buying. Overall very pleasant expierence.

Amazing shop! Their number one concern is customer satisfaction. If your vape isn’t working properly the manager will most likely have it working in 5 minutes, as she is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. If the vape you brought in is beyond repair they will help you find a better and more reliable mod or coil when you didn’t know a better existed. The atmosphere is very inviting. The best way I would describe it is that it’s a very “make yourself at home” kind of vibe. I can go there and find whatever I need whether I’m dealing with stress, PTSD, or just want to relax. Helped me stop smoking and they will not hesitate to find you a suitable aid to kick your habit. 10/10 would recommend any day of the weak.

Came in looking for something specific but they don’t carry it. That’s absolutely not a problem! The woman working did direct me where I could possibly find what I was looking for (I’m new to the area). I found that to be great customer service. Too many people are in a business just to make a quick buck off a customer but instead she told me where I can find it. I’ll be back in to get some juice when I run out because they did have a decent selection for a smaller shop.

Clouds over Evan mills is one of the best vape shops I have found in my life and recommend to anybody that is of age. The staff is kind and friendly and knowledgeable about vaping and the vape products they sell not to mention they do not try to up sell anything at all and if they don’t have what you are looking for they will point you in the right direction. If you are looking for a nice down to earth chill vibe and a well placed vape shop then this place is to go!

I usually go to Clouds Over Cicero, but was in Evans Mills after I had to pick my daughter up from college at Potsdam, and I wouldn't make it back to Cicero store before they closed. Walked in & was made to feel welcome immediately. Keep up the great work for all your stores!

This is my shop right here. They absolutely know everything about vaping and not to mention they do not try to upsell people here. The staff is kind and friendly. If you want to buy from a store that cares about their consumer, this is the place.

Among one of the best shops in the area. Everyone from beginners/ people who want to quit smoking all the way to folks who are looking for advanced rebuildable set ups can get everything they need. Travis and Austin are experts in their fields and can answer any question that you have. Found some of my favorite juices here as well.

Great people, super helpful. Big name brand juice selection with a decent selection of mods and a whole lot of coils. Decently priced and they have cool dogs.
