Best truck stop by Rochester! Super clean, always with spots for a semi to park, best showers ever, see pics!

This was the nicest travel plaza stop I’ve been too. Very clean. There was a large area to eat or relax. The subs were great, plus they had Leo’s bakery and other local palate pleasers, a decent size convenient mart, and Dunkin Donuts. We stopped after hiking at Rob’s trail to Hemlock Lake.

Excellent, checks almost all the boxes. I drove 40 miles out of route to stop here for the night to check it out. Didn't disappoint. You could call it a one of those hidden gems, but it is an Ambest, just kinda out of the way. Italian sub joint closed at 20:00 not sure about Dunkin. Shower was $13, clean hot decent pressure . Has laundry. No bean to cup. Beer for the savages. Thin TP (bring your own)....Drive safe y'all!

Fresh coffee warm fire with big tv and common area for eating and relaxing. Knowledgeable staff variety of things to save your day with numerous lanes to fuel up. But The staff are second to none!!!!

Very nice truck stop with all the amenities that we need including laundromat.

I travel a lot, and this is one of the best travel plazas I've been to. They had a great seating area in the center of the building with plenty of tables and chairs, which are by their own outlets that also have 2 USB ports in each one, too. So this is a great place to charge something if you need to. The wifi wasn't really loading for me very well, but I was just happy to be able to charge some things up so easily. It was a relatively quiet place, too. Very clean bathrooms, as well.

The steak n cheese is worth every penny. Stuffed with meat.

This was my wife's and I first time to this truck stop. The people here where very nice polite friendly and over all very respectful. Very clean truck stop with a lot to off. The food is very reasonable and taste awesome. If any one is look for a place to stop while traveling. This is the place to stop. Don't pass up this stop.

***WARNING*** Do not get sandwiches or sweets from the deli!!! If you do, don't plan on sharing!
Always a great stop. The showers are squeaky clean and have plenty of hot water, the fireplace is awesome on a cold day or night, plenty of snacks and beverages...

Great place. Comfortable lounge area. Large lot for truck parking. I bought a whole pizza for 6.00. The sub place is ok, but pricey on the subs. There s a DD but the donuts early, later they will be hard. Friendly staff and clean restrooms.

This place is wonderful and new! I don't know about the showers for sure, but I've read that they are amazing! We went to the deli around 15:00 on 10/5, and got monstrous subs (Eggplant Parmesan and Italian), lunch meat, pazzeles, and a couple sauces. I couldn't help myself! Let me just say that the subs are worth every penny! The woman working there was an absolute delight as well! The cashier on the auto side was a sweetheart. She did all if we wanted a split ticket for the CAT, but I'm not sure she understood how it all worked. It wasn't a problem at all because the lot is giant and there was plenty of room to go around again. The bathrooms are pretty large and well maintained. Came back in at 02:30 10/6 and there was an older man working the register with what I assumed to me a trainee. He carded me for cigarettes which was shocking (I haven't been carded in the last 40 states), but I'm glad that he is taking the law seriously. He was plenaty polite about it.
Basically, NY is super expensive, but this place doesn't gouge you. Everything is well worth it! We'll be back!

This was my first time inside this place. Seems to be divided into 4 main areas - Dunkin, the travel center, the gas station, and the sub shop. The middle portion (travel center) is comfortable, large, has a big screen tv with fireplace, and several tables with chairs. The sub shop has Leo’s! The subs are reasonably priced and very good. The gas station area sells things like gloves, warm winter coats, reflective vests, and car parts.

The BEST shower I've ever had at a truck stop, the deli is delectable, & the wifi is pretty strong. Staff is also very sweet & attentive. 10/10.

Good overnight parking for standard cars as well as the big trucks. Showers, gas/diesel, laundry, snack & drinks, lounging area, too. Would return.

Very clean easy access great food on the restaurant inside also Dunkin donuts and regular gas station food .....

Cleanest "truck stop" in forever. I was looking forward to stopping here today since I had to pick up a load close by . The Italian deli/sandwich shop is wonderful. I recommend it highly.
