A great experience!! This is a company with integrity and excellent customer service. Tina in the showroom was knowledgable, attentive, patient, helpful and just plain nice while I considered the many manufacturers and styles of LVP available. I must have borrowed more than 25 different sample boards so I could see how they looked in the light of my home. Tina offered expert guidance while allowing me to make my own decision. During installation, when I had a question, Chris the owner came right out to the house to oversee. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, installation and appearance of our floors, and I would use Surfaces Flooring again for all our flooring needs.

This 3rd generation family- owned business is trying to the BEST! They saved me from several renovation nightmares, took care of as if I was family and went WAY above and beyond in taking care of my home while I was 3,000 miles away. Absolutely HIRE then! I can’t say enough good things about their interigty, their workmanship and their FUN! Highly HIGHLY recommend them. use NO ONE ELSE.

From the beginning of our process (choosing the flooring) with Tina, to meeting Chris when he came out to do the measurements (& all the phone calls between to get everything in place), to the installers.... they were top notch! Friendly, LOCAL, caring & true to their word!! Our new luxury vinyl is gorgeous!! It arrived on time and was installed by true craftsmen! Their cuts were very precise & you can tell they take pride in their work. Thanks to all of you for a job WELL DONE!!

I called about new carpet and laminate in four areas of a home I purchased recently. They were highly recommended, Chris came out any measured the areas. He ask if I could stop in and look at different options at the store. They were very helpful in the decision making process, and answered all my question and concerns. They quoted me within a couple of days with a fair price, and I got a date for the install. Ray and Aaron were the installers, they were very professional and really did a great job. They really went above and beyond to provide me with a quality job. I would recommend Surfaces to anyone who needs any type of flooring. Chris(2nd generation) and his son also is an installer are great to deal with. Tina is a part of this GREAT team that keeps you informed and handles scheduling

After researching several flooring stores I went with Surfaces Flooring. Not because two of my neighbors recommended but because of their product knowledge, promo visit for measuring and their pricing. I am recommending because of the seamless professional installation and service. They did a great job.

Chris and Tina efficiently handled our estimate, ordering, and scheduling of flooring for three bedrooms, hallway, and all closets in the home we recently purchased. The installation crew safely moved the furniture in each room and professionally installed the flooring over a few days. They were always prompt and courteous and never left a mess. They even completed the installation a little ahead of schedule. Top notch company!!!

Just had them do a carpet replacement for wood flooring and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Great people in the office and the guys who come out to install are professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their floors improved.

Replaced the carpet in our master bedroom with laminate flooring. BothTina and Chris were knowledgable and helpful in making the choice and the pros and cons of the selection I was looking at. The installers were polite, professional and did a great job. Now, on to the kitchen!

First off Chris was very helpful in figuring how to lay out the new wood floor that we had installed to replace tile. In the showroom Tina was very helpful showing what was available that would match the existing floor. When it was time to install Dave and Ezra were very professional in protecting our home from the tile rip up and then laying down the new wood floor. Excellent job. Looks great. Can't say enough about the people at Surface Flooring. The only place to go.

I wanted to keep our money in the community! I got two estimates to replace all of the floors I'm our home. One estimate from a "big box" store and an estimate from Surfaces. Surfaces gave us the best estimate. They have beautiful flooring samples and it is just like walking in to visit friends! Tina is a wealth of information ..we weren't pressured! Chris (one of the owners) is honest and really knows his stuff. He is a gem! We are waiting for installation and I'm positive that it will be gorgeous when they are done! We are so happy to be able to use the businesses in our community.

The carpeting replaced was installed by Surfaces (Chris and son) approximately 15 years ago. We were extremely happy with the product and installation then, which is why we were extremely pleased that Surfaces was still in business and able to replace it now.
We cannot thank Mark and Roy enough for their efforts. They completed the installation including moving all the furniture in a very timely manner and with zero mishaps.

Chris and Tina at Surfaces Flooring has been superb to work with. We needed all our flooring replaced to list our home, including removing dated tile. Chris subbed the demo team and then supervised all aspects of install. Absolutely no complaints, and after all was considered, the value was excellent as well. Would definitely use again.

Surfaces flooring is the best. Tina is very knowledgeable and once i selected my carpet it is ordered and installed quickly. The installers were fast, expert, neat and polite. I would certainly use them again for my flooring needs. Great selection at all price points too!
