We needed connectors for a hose to our pool and to our filter. It was a very complicated issue because of the new filter we bought and the hose we had. Stacy and Nicole tried several combinations until they found something that they felt would work. They were friendly, helpful, and explained everything so we understood.

If you have pool questions, pool problems, or pool noodles, you need to shop here. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Anything you could possibly need for your pool, they will have at New Wave. Fair prices for poll chemicals and supplies and, I would imagine that extends to stove supplies as well. Great contacts with local contractors (including who to stay away from) as well.

I have been going to New Way Pool for 20 years now as they are more trusted source of pool experts. I have a very old in-ground pool in Avon and every year there is always a frustrating issue I deal with on problems with my system of pipes, mechanical items, etc. New Way is always there to solve my issues and give me the guidance to do it myself, saving me money and keeping the pool open so my family can enjoy it.

Always a good experience here. I bought a house with an in ground pool 3 years ago and have had quite the learning experience with it. New Way has always been super friendly and helpful anytime I needed them, they also open and close my pool every year and always make it on time and on schedule. They test your water for free in store anytime and as many times as you need throughout the year with a smile. I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, brought in my burnt up pool pump. They got me set up in no time with a replacement pump with the proper fittings. Very nice family owned business.

They always give you lots of time and attention if you need them to help solve problems with your pool. They carry Bioguard products (chemicals) which might be just a tad bit more expensive than other brands, but it is well worth it for the extra couple dollars, speaking from experience! I have been to other pool stores, I get the feeling they really don't care much about the customer. ALL of the people at New Way Equipment care. The people here go out of their way to help you, from testing your pool water sample and training how to care for your pool, to small things like finding a pool toy for your kids. Find this store in Avon, well worth the trip.

For a small town place, they always have what I need. Great advice and friendly staff. Price is slightly higher than online, but worth it.
