I've been working with Kolcun for 3-5 years now. They handle all of my insurance needs. I've never had any issue that was not able to be resolved. Previously for years I dealt directly with insurance companies and manually shopped around for the best price. Eventually I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and left it up to Kolcun. Since then I've been getting better prices on insurance with better coverage. Everything from switching insurance, submitting a claim, asking if I'm covered or not are all handled by them. Being able to call and speak with a person is enough reason to go through Kolcun instead of the insurers directly.

If your on the fence or aren't sure who to pick give Kolcun a try, they've always done right by me.
