My husband and I both go to this office and get great service from all the staff. I have had issues with anxiety, and they took me right in and helped me within half an hour. I have never had any issues with billing and always pay the copay, so I don't have to get billed. Lacey and Molly are sweethearts and really try to do everything to make us happy with our visit. I have never seen Karen but I know Lacey has consulted with her when we were stumped on an issue. If I had to say one thing that I dislike it would be the fact that they are not open on Friday. 100% recommend this practice.

We don't have to wait long at all, the office staff is very friendly and helpful with all our scheduling and questions. my family sees doctor Black he is excellent with my two toddlers and very helpful with all our concerns, his nurse is very friendly and they don't lecture me.

Promary care provider for myself and my spouse for over 10 years. Very pleased with service, treatment, professionalism, referals when necessary, advice, and open, honest communication with us. Our thanks to Dr, Williams and Eileen Kraeger.

Why do I pay for a DR visit and see a freshly graduated NP? If an NP is equal to a DR why the title is NP?
I will never understand this.
New front office staff yet again, the trainer did not treat the newbie right at all. She was quite rude with her.

Staff is friendly enough but the place has gone downhill experience wise since Dr Black retired a few years back.

My biggest problem is with their billing department. Save your receipts if you go here. Multiple times I've dealt with paying my copay before I leave and then receiving a bill in the mail for an outstanding balance. Several times that I didn't pay the copay before leaving and it would take months before receiving the bill, and when I finally received one it said it was extremely past due with the nice little threat of sending it to collections.

If you want just ok care then this is the place for you. Personally I recommend going elsewhere.

There are only two ladies in there I care to even be around and they aren't event the MD or NP. They do not listen when I state an issue or are dismissive, why is it a debate to get referrals or services? Does the cost come from their personal bank accounts? NO! They do not give any medication or do anything to help, I am literally told the symptoms I laid out for them and to use medicine from OTC. There is no bedside manner especially if you see Karen or Lacey. Today was the last straw for me. I told Lacey to put what I said in my child's chart so that I can prove they are repeatedly ignoring me and walked out. I should not have to get blunt or rude to even get a consideration for future care for my twins! I will be looking for a different provider yet again, which is sad because we aren't even from here, only here 4 years and I have already had to see multiple doctors and keep switching offices. I didn't even consider this office until the sweetheart I love told me they see everyone. The initial first visit was the only time I felt heard, respected or confident in the care that would/could be provided.

Horribly rude disrespectful will not work with you. When you have billing issues will not work with you. If you have a mental illness, they will block you and discharge you from their practice! 100% would not recommend went there for many years never had a problem. New provider sucks and I will be sure everyone knows how horrible this office is.

Called the won't take me because I have United health care would expect me if I have no insurance. Pretty sad won't use my Insurance because they know they can't charge outrageous prices to my Insurance company vs they can me having no insurance. Tells me just another private dr our for profit and no concern with the publics health or well being.
