Great experience Lia was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. My husband and I are very happy we chose to visit this store and are looking forward to our mattress delivery. We highly recommend this store.

Update: since my original review, I stand by the service we received when we visit the store. On the other hand this was a very bad investment not happy with the bed at all it has made no difference in the rest that we were getting with our prior mattress I feel we bought a very expensive inflatable bed.

Very professional sales people, George was great! We would definitely consider them for our next mattress. The store was very clean (newly built) and modern with a lot of technology used throughout.

George was our product specialist and guide. He made the whole experience enjoyable; he knew everything about each product and had a lot of patience with us. Now we eagerly await our bed to be delivered and look forward to some good night rest!

Great experience! It was nice to deal with an energetic well informed sales rep. We visited the Vestal store with very little knowledge of the mattresses. Lia walked us through and educated us completely. We went there not 100% planning on purchasing a bed. But after working with Lia we did purchase a bed. Now we can't wait until it gets delivered!

Miranda was very knowledgeable about the different beds. She was upbeat, friendly, and very helpful. She was patient instead of pushy. Our experience choosing our second bed was very enjoyable and easy. George and Courtney were also courteous and helpful. Thank you all for making our experience so enjoyable!! You all get top marks in our book. Can't wait to get our new bed!!!

These beds are awesome! Very busy due to Labor Day holiday and the great offers. We had to wait quite awhile for a sales rep but every so often someone would check in with us. One even moved chairs for us to sit on. Approximately 3 weeks wait for delivery but that is to be expected with how busy they are right now. Very pleasant and knowlegable staff. Won't receive our bed until October 1st. Can't wait!

Had a great experience at this store. Lia, our representative was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in helping my wife and I select the correct Sleep Number setting and bed selection. The store was very well organized and clean. Will recommend to our family and friends.

Customer service in store was great! George was such a big help, he spent lots of time and was very informative. He helped us pick the right mattress for our budget and comfort. Can't wait till we get our mattress.

George, the salesman at the Vestal store is an absolute Peach! We came in at 8pm- he took us through the process of finding our sleep number and the bed that worked best for us. He was patient and kind. He worked with us after hours and made the process of making such a big decision much more pleasant. He called us the next day, as he said he would, to confirm a delivery date and now we are just waiting for a better nights sleep😉thank u George!

I always have an amazing experience at this Sleep Number store. Kourtney, George, and Lia are always the embodiment of professionalism, and dedication to the satisfaction of the customer. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They truly make the experience all about you. I vehemently recommend this location if you are like me and unwilling to put a price on sleep or in the market for a new blanket or amazing pillow.

I've been a Sleep Number owner for the past 7 years. Stopped into the store to find out more about the bed frames that raise and lower. It just happened to be a couple days before Thanksgiving and the sales were crazy. I ended up walking out with a top of the line bed, at a P5 Bed price. Although I don't have the bed yet, I know the quality of SN beds. We have 4 in our family with the oldest being 20 years, then 17, then 10 and finally 2 y/o. The only problem I have is finding someone who wants my old bed ... still in warranty. Won't ever leave this company. Amazing products!

Very good employees. My wife and I got there about 45 minutes before they opened to exchange a pillow. One of the employees saw us sitting in the parking lot and came out and let her come in a half hour early. That's great customer service!!

The salesman was very pleasant and explain everything in great detail. It was a pleasant experience. There was no pressure to buy but we did buy a bed.

George waited on us- he was professional and personable. He listened to our needs, helped us with financing and got us the perfect bed! We will be recommending Sleep Number in Vestal to all our local friends!

I was absolutely thrilled. They were so friendly and curtious Darrin spent a lot of time explaining to me. What to expect from my new BED. Every question was answered and explained.

Great fast easy . Miranda was very informative and personable. But I would have to say wearing a mask well spending money makes you a little bit more sweatier than normal haha so excited for the bed to come in
