Good online deals but also very friendly staff when I went to pick up my order.

Great selection and very honest manager!
I came in with a return which I handed to the cashier while I shopped to replace them. Turns out I forgot to do the return when I purchased my new shoes. I went back in 3 weeks later when I didn't see the return on my CC statement. The manager had saved the shoes & had tried to contact me via e-mail (spam filter ruined this attempt). I'm very thankful for her honesty!

Had a really good experience here. The ladies know their stuff and good customer service. We ordered the correct size at check out because they didn't have any stock. It arrived earlier than I thought and my boyfriend is happy with his purchase. If you don't like they she said I could take them back to the store for a full refund.

MY GRANDSON AND I WENT SO I COULD GET SOME NEW SNEAKERS AND HE FOUND A DOGGY AND KITTY WITH STUFFED BEADS THAT YOU CAN HEAT UP OR FREEZE AND HE FEEL IN LOVE WITH THEM I COULDN'T GET HIM TO LET THEM GO SO I GOT HIM THOSE AND MY SNEAKERS.THE GIRLS WERE FRIENDLY AND GOT A CHUCKLE OUT OF MY GRANDSONS REFUSAL TO LET GO OF THE DOGGY AND KITTY.

Very helpful and nice staff! I was even greeted when I walked in .The woman that cashed me out was so patient and personable when I kept swiping my gift card the wrong way and kept hitting the wrong button . It's nice to see.I had a great experience today.

I went to DSW on a sudden whim realizing that I needed a new pair of dress shoes. While there I realized I also needed sneakers, and my only true problem was trying to decide which pair of sneakers suited me the best, as there were so many to choose from. The sales associate was very pleasant and encouraged me in my selection as she too had a pair and found them to be quite comfortable. I was in there less than an hour and came away quite satisfied.

Very clean and organized. Restrooms extremely clean and the shoe selection was great. Friendly staff and helpful, if you needed them. Pretty much pick shoe, pick size under display shoe, try on and go. Great if your an Express shopper with limited time. Will continue doing business.... Thanks

I have had great experiences st the store.. fabulous merchandise... sales staff that truly want to help. . Very reasonable pricing.. shoes I could find no where else.. I have a bit of a shoe problem, I buy lots! Recent experience was an example of fabulous customer service.. pair of boots, $250, on sales of $109. Last pair in my size, one was best up from being on display and the other was literally another co,or. Sales associate takes time to see if there are others. In the end, she tells me she will order it, even though it’s on clearance... have it shipped to my home for free, and for my “inconvenience” she would discount it further to $64. Then when issues with the website, she spent twenty minutes in the phone working it all out. This is the kind of service I’ve always gotten at DSW.. I wish I got her name.. Syracuse store.. destiny mall... Tuesday March 19.. she also teaches preschoolers during the day.. wonderful woman. That was Tuesday, today is Thursday they arrived!

Found some good bargains on the far end . passed up on one pair of boots I really liked due to the fact they were suede type but had shiny patches where someone had used one boot to get the other off.$149 with 30% off and they would have knocked 10% extra off but nope I wasn't paying $ 99+. For a pair of boots and a pair of shoes for which I paid $40 for the 2.

The most fun we had was trying on the shoes all bling and ones with ridiculously high heels. Ones we could hardly stand in let alone walk.

My friend and I stopped In to check out the clearance shoes ...employee Janeta , LITERALLY the best help I’ve ever received In a department store! So friendly and helpful! I would go back just because of her service !!(-and the great discounts)
